Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    This is my second time stying in this Beautiful house! Beautiful detail like snacks, flowers in the paper toilet. Super fast responses to my questions, super clean house, super clear instrucción for check in and check out! I definitely will come back to this Beautiful house!

    The location was terrific!King bed and bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having 2 town bikes available was nice bonus. The host was quick to respond to my questions.
