Both are great places to enjoy the colorful sunsets with a glass of wine. For relaxation and entertaining, there is a large gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove, breakfast room, dining room, family room, and living room with gas fireplace. This house will comfortably sleep eight to nine.
There are wide covered porches around the house, which provides extensive, shaded patio seating to enjoy the tranquility of the setting. There is also a fully enclosed back yard with a separately enclosed pool. The pool has solar heating, which keeps the water temperature comfortable from May through September.
Internet Access is available for wireless computers at no extra cost. The home has inside laundry. There is a garage space for one car and plenty of parking for other cars or recreational vehicles.

Had a great time staying with our family and friends. The place has so much of character, it feels unbelievable. Having the entire 40 acres of space just for yourself and your family to enjoy was amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.
Nice place for large groups, property is very nice
We had such a great time on this property. Great, quiet location, house is clean, comfortable and big. The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds and even some toys to play with. The only downside is that the pool was no heated... the water was way too cold for me and my youngest to go in, but the big kids didn't seem to mind. All in all a great stay. The owner gifted us a bottle of their own wine, which was a nice treat.
Beautiful yard and pool, comfortable house and lots of space.
We truly enjoyed staying at this property and will come back as often as we can. Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful place to watch the stars.
Our group of 7 (4 adults, 1 child and 2 babies) stayed at this beautiful property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although it was quite hot in Paso Robles during our stay, we were always comfortable: the house was cool and there was shade all around the pool. The bedrooms were good-sized and the kitchen perfect for cooking. It felt incredibly special to stay on a working vineyard! And the wine was delicious too. At night, the area is so quiet and the stars were just unbelievable. Catherine the host was kind and so easy to communicate with. Highly recommended! We would love to stay again in future.
Lovely home with all the amenities to fuel our trip! Would book again!
Everything was perfect. The check in process was very easy and we were even allowed to check out late which made our stay so enjoyable. We were able to relax on the last day instead of having to hurry out. Catherine was very helpful and gave very detailed information about the property, how to get in, and even recommended things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again
Relaxing getaway and a very roomy, comfortable house. Celebrated 30 years of friendship and father's day.
Was a really nice place to stay with our family, cabinet’s we’re stocked, plenty of linens, plenty of space. Only downfall was the time of year nights get cold and solar didn’t heat the pool for swimming so warmer summer night stays would of been ideal. Other then that we had a great peaceful and tranquil stay.
We had a wonderful time at Silver Owl Ranch. Our memories will last for years. We had fun games in the backyard, walks thru the vineyard, and many games of Uno!
The property is beautiful but house and accommodations are OLD. Needs to be cleaned out, linens should be replaced, kitchen messy and needs a big time clean. Stove was new but didn’t work properly, some of us actually got sick after because stove never heated up properly. Check in process requires you to go in creepy garage filled with spiderwebs-don’t get there after dark or you would never find key. Have rented many properties on the area and this one too old and not worth the price. Outside furniture very old and felt like it was all going to fall apart. Mouse traps under bed, found a dead frog in the room our kids were sleeping in.
The house was just what we were looking for; a well maintained house to relax with friends/family comfortably, play in the pool, and toddler friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay!
This is my second stay in 2 months. Planning another trip in August with friends and their kids. It is great for toddlers because there are 2 areas to run that are gated off. The pool was unfortunately too cold for our toddler so I am hoping August is better for the pool. We watched the local bunnies and birds and walked in the vineyards. The view is just incredible and you cannot see any other people or buildings from the property. I really can't rave enough.
As advertised. Great place to stay.
