Stayed Aug 22, 2025Everything was great, just had a hard time finding the office to pick up parking permits and the building numbers aren’t very visible so had to walk around a bit to find the house. Everything else was great

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The best thing about this house is the location. Extremely walkable and close to everything. The rooms are sizable and parking is nice. Check in/out was very easy. The washer/dryer in unit was a nice to have. Smell: If you have severe allergies to smoke and mold, do not book this place. There is a dank/damp smell that permeates throughout the house and we had to leave the windows open most of the weekend to air it out. Two of the adults who stayed with us had to take allergy meds just to be able to breathe. Cleanliness: It is not the cleanliness level you would expect when booking a rental. As soon as we got into the house, we had to wipe everything down/wash linens again (including blankets). All the linens were placed on unmade beds which had a mattress protector on top with hair/stains all over. The pillows were also stained and did not have pillow protectors on them. The drawer with utensils had hair/debris inside and the dishes had food debris on them so we ran everything through the dishwasher again prior to using. Maintenance: If the unit was clean, I wouldn't care so much about maintenance of the house. All the frames were extremely crooked (like this is an easy fix which makes me think that the cleanliness of the house is even more suspect). Walls looked gross/scratched stained. Doors were hard to open/close etc. Would I book here again? Probably not at all unless I was desperate for location.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We stayed at this house for Marlin Fest, and it was not an ideal place to stay. There was no hot water in the primary shower, missing sheets, and a damp feeling on the carpet. We will not be staying in this house again.
