We visited Spokane for a family reunion and three generations stayed at the house. It was just as advertised and the kids loved the pickle ball and basketball in the backyard. Check in and out were effortless and the house had everything we needed.
We were pleased to find a home that is truly pet friendly. The house is wonderful and has all the space you need. I would stay here again.
This was a great stay and location to host a small family gathering for our Whitworth graduate. The yard and patio are fantastic for pets and people!
This property was exactly what was on the website. The property is so roomy. The back yard is fantastic. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The Peacocks are all over the place so fun!!! It was less than a mile to Riverside State Park. This Park is a must see if in the area. We went to Spokane River Front Park it is great place to visit. We really enjoyed our visit.
Came to town to visit our daughter's lil family... gkids and her new baby. Our other adult kids joined. Although it was cold, everyone played outside in the fully fenced backyard with sports court and nearby firepit. It was super pet friendly. Our family needed that for the fur babies we brought with us! Thank you for letting us stay. We would like to come back.
This was a fun, relaxing home that suited the needs of a multigenerational family. The kitchen is lovely, ample seating and conversations areas inside and out, huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the most fun backyard ever!!!! We will want to come again!!!
We absolutely loved this house. Plenty of room inside and comfortable beds. We were there when it was in the 90s and it stayed cool inside and in all of the bedrooms. But the yard is what really makes this place amazing. We hardly went inside at all, except to sleep. Its beautiful and private and so much fun. We played basketball and picked ball every day and long into the night. The peacocks were an added delight. We also loved the location as it was walking distance to the river and trails to walk along. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Worked perfectly for our needs. The host Jake was very responsive and helpful with any questions.
At first entry of the home we were impressed by the spacious layout, but the photos on this listing are old. I booked and paid for this house in full a year in advance, baited by the photos on the listing. This house has deferred maintenance issues. The host was quick to respond, but we just kept finding multiple problems. We let the host come clean and make some repairs during our stay. Be aware that the pillows and mattress covers are stained from previous use!! Upon departure the bathroom sink was leaking, the ice maker was over flowing with ice and we could not shut it off, the dishwasher wouldn’t start and we were told to take the garbage out upon our check out, but the can outside was over flowing. Way over priced for the location and condition. No offer of accommodation on what we paid for having been inconvenienced during our short 3 day stay.
Had a great stay with extended family all in town for a Memorial. We had such a nice time sitting on the back deck drinking wine and reminiscing. Thanks for the use of your home! Karen and family.
Enjoyed having a comfortable home to return to after short trips to Idaho and Montana. Lots of fun exploring Spokane, geocaching, and learning about its history. One thing we were able to do which is worth going to is the Campbell House in Browns Addition!! The Parkway neighborhood is quiet and so close to beautiful views of the river. The highlight for us were the peacocks???!!! They actually are not bothersome, we got many photos of them fanning proudly! Any questions were answered immediately by the host and the home has everything you would need.
