PARKSIDE HOUSE

We had a great stay! The home is wonderful and located on a nice, quiet street. It was the perfect peaceful retreat while still being very close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Clean had that homey feeling

our rooms were great! our neighborhood walk was comfortable. our companions had a sensitivy to the cleaning supplies used, a quick dust mop cleared her up. we were fine. thank you so much!

The Parkside House offers everything one needs to enjoy a trip to Beaufort and surrounding areas. I would recommend this location without hesitation

We love the house-space, floor plan, supplies, all well above average!! Quiet, comfortable, walkable and park very close! TV and showers worked great. Only possible improvement would be added curtains for late sleeping

What a wonderful trip for some moms and their kiddos! We have stayed at a few different houses in Beaufort over the years and this one by far was our favorite! Very comfortable with all of the needed amenities and right next door to one of the best parks we have ever been to. The house is so close to downtown with amazing restaurants and shopping! I am definitely saving this one for our next venture to Beaufort. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your charming home!

The sun room was the thing that sold me on the house!

This property was amazing. My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving. Very accommodating, spacious, and comfortable.

Everything was great , clean and close to downtown.

We had the best stay. We were there for my sons graduation from Marines boot camp. The location was convenient, great location close to the base and food. Laura was a exceptional hostess. The battery died in one of our cars and she offered to drive us if we needed to be somewhere. I left one of my bags there and she was so sweet to mail it to me.

This is an adorable, well kept home in a great location. It definitely matched up to the pictures and description. Laura was a very communicative and gracious host. We would definitely stay here again. We especially loved the sun room. It was too chilly for coffee outside in the mornings, but you almost felt like you were outside sitting in there.

Great location and neighborhood. Loved sitting in the sunroom and taking nightly walks in the park. Laura was very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Beaufort and this house was in a great location, close to downtown shopping and dining! The back deck was quiet and serene, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! Check-in was easy, wifi was available, and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils!

The kitchen has everything we needed, and more. We made good use of the charcoal grill, with all supplies included, and the SHARP knives. Have never had sharp knives in a rental before! Also, one house from the most picturesque park with a huge playground for the kiddos. Host was also quick to answer questions and very gracious. Will stay again!

Friends from all over the nation joined together at Pigeon Point for a wedding! The idea of all staying under one roof was our goal and the cottage checked all the boxes! Great location, all the amenities and with the owners next door was the icing on the cake! Definitely a warm, comfy feel!
