PARKS PLACE: Carillon Beach, Highest Quality, Steps to Gulf Pool/Walk-Over

Our stay at Parks Place was exceptional! We love Carillon Beach and have stayed there for years. This house has everything and more… fully stocked, amazing views, convenience, luxury feel. We cooked daily in the incredible kitchen. Enjoyed all the outdoor living spaces as well as the huge living space with plenty of seating. Incredible bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel like home, but better! Excellent communication and five star service. We hope to stay at Parks Place again and will definitely be back at Carillon!

Beautiful house. Super easy, Less than a minute walk to the community pool and another one minute walk to the beach. Great location. House has all the touches/amenities. Rachel and Karen were extremely helpful and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

From the initial reservation to our departure, our experience was a 10 out of 10. The management company was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was close to the beachside pool and walk over while also being on the lake. Park’s Place was perfect for our family of 10 who ranged in age from 4 to 84. By mid-week, we had decided we wanted to stay next year so we booked 2026 before we left. We highly recommend Park’s Place!!

Parks Place is the best of the best. Probably the most important reason is the management team at Carillon Beach Rentals. They have standards that all homeowners are required to follow. If the homeowner doesn't perform the maintenance standards, CBR will simply not represent them. As a renter, I'm assured of a quality home that works properly every time. We've all experienced the home with issues that aren't resolved during our stay. That simply doesn't happen with a CBR home. My experience over the years is when something does happen, CBR has it fixed the same day. Their customer first culture is outstanding. The description you see for Parks Place on the website is exactly what it’s like, actually better. All CBR homes are cleaned exceptionally well, every time. The location of the beach is great, and its view of the lake is relaxing. We’ve already booked our stay next year and highly recommend Parks Place.

This home was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, great sitting for all in the kitchen and living room areas and the views from the many decks were relaxing! Our 3 year old grandchild could even do the short walk to the beach. Having a garage was a game changer for us!The management team was quick to answer any question or concern we had!We have already booked this amazing home for next year!

It was a historic stay as it snowed and we were doing snow angels on the beach and having snowball fights. We so enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked chef’s kitchen, and dining, playing board games, and visiting at the large dining table. We loved kicking back in comfortable reclining chairs in the living room. The beautiful lake view off the back porch was awesome and we enjoyed seeing many beautiful sunrises as well as watching the snow fall. Our favorite places to venture out to included the Rosemary Beach Farmers Market on Sunday, the Destin Ice Market, The Salty Bottle and Lake Powell Pizza in Carillon, Salty Sues, Bayou Bills, and Thomas Donuts. Our week was full of quality family time with many wonderful memories made. Karen and Rachel are wonderful property managers and were very attentive to our needs. Close to the beach and Carillon shops with a beautiful lake view - we cannot emphasize enough how beautiful, comfortable, well located, and relaxing Parks Place is and we cannot wait to come back!

Off the charts 5 stars across the board! Property was gorgeous with high quality finishes and a beautiful aesthetic! Location was less than a 5 min walk to 3 separate beach walkovers and the pool. And IF you want to get in the car, Publix is right across the street to cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen or grill or Rosemary Beach is only 10 min down the road. Hosts are also fantastic with instructions and responsiveness - had a great experience!!
