Stayed Jul 7, 2025This is such a great property. The balcony is the jewel of the house and is just a game changer for evening sunsets at the river. The kitchen and the living room are very open and right near the balcony which make entertaining large groups easy. The great feature of the home is the downstairs appartment. It is like a separate house so my older kids loved being able to have a spot of their own to do their thing, The dock is useful and tucked in from the riff raff so the kids can jump off and swim w/ ease. There is also a large patio off the doc which comes in handy for staging all of your boat toys before you load them on to the boat. This is our second stay at this home and we will be back again!!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The home was very clean and stocked better than any other we have used. Beds were comfortable. When reaching out to owner he responded quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he had a plumber out the next day! I would highly recommend this home. The vote was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Very clean & cozy, home, so comfortable, felt right at home. All the rooms have their own private bathroom which is great! Beautiful view of the river. Big balcony. Spacious living room, doc right on the water, which was a win for us! We had 10 guests more than enough room for everyone. Andy our host communicates great, answered all our questions right away. Very helpful & friendly. We are definitely coming back.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This is a great home if you are bringing a couple families or a family and teens to the river. There is nice separation between the top and bottom unit so older kids can hang down below and not disrupt adult time. Also, great location on the river. Definitely will be heading back!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We came with 2 families and had so much space! The views are amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is clean and not cluttered with a spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed! The little apartment downstairs was a fun surprise! Enjoyed being in the house as much as on the boat! Great BBQ and deck space. We loved having a dock with easy ski/wakeboard access! Great location on the river and launching dock close and easy! Huge driveway with plenty of parking! Havasu will miss us!
