The house was VERY clean and had everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to walk around. The pool and hot tub were clean. Plenty of seating outside.

My partner and I recently stayed here for our annual trip to Indio. This house has everything you need in a small holiday rental. The rooms are a good mix of sizes for the guests. The property is very well maintained. The kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and cook wear to prepare nearly everything you could think of. (Could use some more large knives but maybe those are difficult to keep from wandering off? And a better cocktail shaker.) The heated pool is perfect for relaxing in and the best part, the hot tub heats quickly and has a very convenient remote control to turn it on and off from anywhere in the backyard. Great value for money!!

The house was very clean and kitchen well appointed with everything needed during our stay. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard covered patio and the heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Two friends and I rented this beautiful 3-bedroom house in La Quinta that is within easy walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The house is well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as a completely private back yard with a heated pool and spa.

Got a nice welcome email from owner with check in/out and stay instructions, and days before our stay got a nice phone call from the property manager to make sure we did not need anything and to make sure we had her number if we ran into any problems. Rental house was excellent and we had no problems at all. Great property to book/use.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Great communication with the property owner and management, easy check in, a clean and comfortable space with all the amenities, a gorgeous backyard, warm (heated in winter at no extra charge) pool, lovely hot tub, and excellent location. 3 generations all had a great time.

Very comfy house. Could use some updating and clean heat vents, but very doable. Would stay again. Neighborhood notresirt. Very private back yard with comfortable outdoor furniture.

The three of us were looking for a quiet/private place to stay for the weekend, and that's just what we got. A spacious layout, lots of comfortable areas to lounge in, and a perfect backyard complete with hot tub and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The House was clean, the pool was clean, and the amenities were abundant. We never ran out of clean bath towels or pool towels, paper towels, toilet paper, paper cups, the list could go on.
