Park-like and sports bar - close to MSU

Dominique was a great host, and the home provided exactly what we needed. It was a great location close to everything we needed including MSU.

Basement was perfect for watching some basketball and playing pool.

Excellent experience as the entire group enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend to others!

We loved the home, I enjoyed all the tvs in the basement the kids were all able to pick a show on there own tv whIke the grown ups had some drinks and played some pool!

Older house, but well kept. The hostess was friendly and made accommodations as requested. Unfortunately, the adjustable bed in the master bedroom was broke and was stuck in the elevated position making it impossible for us to sleep. She did not tell us this ahead of our stay nor did she mention it was broken until we asked. We cut our stay short due to this. Also this appears to be the hosts house. It was a little weird to be living amongst others personal property's. Like the mail was on the floor daily when we walked in the front door. I guess I just didn't realize that people rented out their houses like this. Overall seems to be a safe quiet area but it just wasn't for us. We will just stick with hotels from now on!

The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Unfortunately there was an odor in the refrigerator but once I spoke with the homeowner she came right out and did her best to take care of it. Also unfortunately, my daughter set off the smoke detector when she was steaming her outfit. It was good to know that the security company reached out right away as did the homeowner. I think the “sleeps 10” would really only apply to a younger demographic as there were only two bedrooms. I was anticipating day beds or pull out sofas. Fortunately our group was smaller in size than originally planned so it all worked out.

Really comfortable and awesome owners

Was a good set up and place for our crew’s stay. 8 of us came in for a MSU football weekend and were accommodated well at this home! Pleasant neighborhood and was about a 15 min ride-share trip to campus and Grand River Ave. Cool set up in the basement with the large TV and pool table!

We had a great time staying here. The house exactly matched to the description and was in a great spot. The set up in the house was wonderful, and the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly.
