    We had a great stay at this well-appointed property. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully equipped, which was important to us since we cooked most nights. There are multiple cozy sitting areas both inside and outside, giving everyone a chance to find a bit of privacy when needed.The main beds were comfortable, with nice pillows, and the HVAC system worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and dry — a must-have in this climate. All plumbing fixtures functioned properly, and the interior was clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We also appreciated the ample lighting throughout the home.The location is fantastic for this district, and the home backs up to a park, which added a nice touch. Sitting on the back porch in the morning with coffee, watching people work out while we relaxed, was a fun way to start the day.It was great that the property included six bikes — a thoughtful amenity we really appreciated. We rented an additional bike and two trailers to haul gear to the beach. Despite asking the property manager to inspect the bikes before our arrival, they all needed tire inflation, so our first day started on low tires, which was a little frustrating since we’re bike people. The bikes themselves were in good, though not great, condition; we saw some newer ones around the community. We rented the trailers from Big Fish Bike Rentals since the preferred vendor didn’t offer them — Big Fish was fantastic, and delivery was a breeze. Highly recommend them.

    This was a great house for our group of 12. The location worked well for us to have the field right outside our back door. Our group spent time there and at the Camp Watercolor pools which were close. The beach and Beach Club required a long walk or short bike ride. The kids seemed to enjoy the bike ride, so this wasn't an issue for us. The property manager was easily reached via text or phone call during regular office hours. A few minor maintenance issues during the stay but nothing that needed immediate attention. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Great community with several options for different age groups. We did lose a couple of wristbands and only one was replaced per the HOA rules. So, great care should be taken to keep track of the wristbands as that is how you access the pools and beach.

    This was our second time staying here and we loved it! Perfect place for our large family to gather. The little ones loved being able to play out back on the green space and being within walking distance of the pool was a huge plus. The 4 stars was because the kitchen had a weird fishy smell when we arrived and the toilet was clogged. We were able to take care of both situations ourselves so not a big deal!

    We very much enjoyed the property and there was space for everyone. Convenient to all things Watercolor and Seaside. My only critique is that the mattresses were the cheap kind and I’d expect more from this type of rental.

    The house was just as described, and perfect for our large family. The proximity to Camp Watercolor, the basketball court, and the large green space behind (excellent for all kinds of games/sports) made all those community amenities practically part of our backyard. The plumbing in the downstairs lavatory was a little temperamental, but otherwise, the house was perfect. We had an easy bike ride to the beach club, and easier access to Publix. We would definitely stay again.

    First floor furniture adequate. Appliances dishwasher and stove need improvement Second king upstairs room no bed skirt. Queen room en suite bath had saggy bed. Loved the abundance of fluffy towels. We want to return next year. We loved the community of Watercolor.

    The house is as pictured. Watercolor is an amazing community, and we thought the house suited our needs. It does sleep 15. One of the “bedrooms” is a 4 bunk room, much like a walk in closet, only has the beds. The house was dirty, not cleaned properly. Master shower has mold, toilets stopped up multiple times (I will add this is only regular use). Dishwasher leaked, ice maker is not in operation. I think maybe the house is just older, not maintained properly though, and maybe it’s a lot for 15 people using an older plumbing system. I would just say it needs some attention. The house suited our needs, just an average property in an exceptional community that we love.
