Stayed Mar 1, 2025We loved the house! Our group likes to cook and we found the kitchen to be one of the best stocked that we have previously enjoyed. The house was very clean and the linens were of High quality which just makes the experience that much better.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025House is set up perfect for mult fams with 4 separate beds with baths. We had 9 ppl, all over 12, staying comfortably. House is stocked with W/D, all necessities & labels! Mgmt company was VERY responsive & allowed us in early (for a fee :/) but it was worth it. You can walk out to ski down to Town lift (very slow lift) & ski back a blue (difficult). Walking down to Main Street was easy! Walking back up all the stairs is not fun so can Uber back, if needed. Def will stay here if we ski Park City again!!

Stayed Jan 18, 2024Four bedrooms and good communal space - cute kitchen with all needed for home-cooked meals - spread nicely across a few floors allowing privacy yet intimacy for a family weekend at Sundance. Perfectly situated above Main Street for easy access to theaters and fun while being far enough from the noise. A bit of a snafu at the beginning got resolved. Definitely considering it for next year!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Quittin' Time was perfectly suited for our family group. Two bedrooms for kids, two for adults, and four bathrooms, all but one en suite. Well-appointed eat-in kitchen with plenty of seating. Cozy living room with an easy-to-use gas fireplace and a fantastic view. There is a balcony off the living room and a patio off the main floor bedroom, which provides direct access to a trail that leads to the lower portion of the Quittin' Time ski run. Town Lift is located at the end of that run. Please note: None of the runs leading to Town Lift were open during our late-December stay. Advanced skiers in our party were able to ski to the lift from the condo; others walked down the street to the lift. To return to town at the end of the day, skiers were advised to ride Town Lift downhill or take a free shuttle from the main base back to town. Even with that inconvenience, the location of this condo is hard to beat. It is a short walk away from Town Lift and the many shops, restaurants, and galleries on Main Street. One more note: A stay at Quittin' Time involves climbing several flights of stairs and, if you walk to town or the lift, walking up and down fairly steep hills.

Stayed Dec 16, 2023This is a lovely gem located close to a ski run and close to Main street. We have traveled to ski/snowboard for over 25 years and rented plenty of places and would rent this one again. The property management company was very responsive, easy to work with, and answered all our questions and then some. The place is spacious with four floors. The thing to be aware of is that this townhome is actually up three narrow sets of stairs before you get to the first floor of the townhome. Once you get into the condo, you are in the living room. This is a little small to fit 10 people, but we sat on the floor or brought chairs down to watch movies. There is also a balcony and a grill. Up a second small flight is a great and well stocked kitchen and also the first bunk room with close access to a ski run. Up the third set of stairs are the two bedrooms, one is larger with a balcony. Both have nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Up the fourth set of stairs is another bunkroom with its own bathroom. Main street is two streets away, but be aware that you go down two sets of very long staircases to get there. To get to the lift, we didn't really see that you could board out the door from the first bedroom. You might be able to ski, but there wasn't enough snow for us to really tell. But, all you have to do is walk out of the condo, turn left, and there is a long staircase to the left four houses down and that is Quitin' time run to ski down to the Town lift.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Would definitely rent this house again. Spent five days here with family for a week of skiing. Home is very well appointed and is just a few minutes walk to Main Street in Park City. Just one issue, that might be due to the heavy snow pack, was that it was difficult to walk up to Quitting Time run in order to ski down the to the Town lift. Don't hesitate to rent this house!

Stayed Feb 3, 2023Booked this property to stay with a group of 11, was noted as sleeping 11. Unfortunately, the host removed a set of bunk beds without notice prior to our stay. This left 2 guests left sleeping on the floor. I contacted the host, who acknowledged the issue but did not remediate.
