    One of the few properties where the listing photos do not do the house justice. Every room is exceptional with high end finishes and furnishings throughout including in-wall wireless Sonos system in each room, and the amazing main fireplace. The location is a perfect balance between downtown and the mountain. Walk into the bottom of main street PC was under 10 minutes and the base for PCM was an easy 4-5 minute walk down hill. There is a narrow trail off of King's Crown run that you can ski into the home from. It is easily found, but slightly challenging to navigate due to being a little narrow. Our group utilized this each day, and most of us would make the short hike up to start.

    We loved the location. An easy walk to the Park City ski lifts and an easy walk to downtown. The house is spacious and well designed to all of the small details. Large TV's in every bedroom. A world class Jacuzzi. A kitchen design by and furnished by a cook. The gas fireplace is a delight and gathering point. All of the furnishings were first class and contemporary. The garage is set up as a gym, but does cause guests to park in the driveway.

    The townhouse was excellent! Don’t forget the ski in capacity and hike up to ski is reasonable as well. I love the location. Very comfortable beds. Amazing living space for gathering. Thanks!

    This place was perfect. Easy walk to and from the mtn. While not technically ski in, it is possible for the experienced skier. The house was very well appointed. Helpful to have all the necessities in stock at the house. House was clean, quiet and worked well for a group of 6 adults. Hot tub was clean which isn’t always the case with rentals. Impressed with the heating system which kept each room equally heated. Only two suggestions—more coasters so there is no risk ruining the dining table and a small vacuum as the rug pills after 7 days of use. Check in and out was easy and Itrip helped connect us to grocery and liquor delivery. Super key for a 12/25 arrival. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

    I cannot speak highly enough of iTrip and this home. It truly had everything we needed, was in the best location (great bars and coffee shops within 10 min walk) to Main Street. It was spacious, looked exactly like it does in their photos. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had every pot, pan, plate and utensil that you would need to cook a meal at home, and we never had any issues with parking. iTrip was so communicative, responsive, and great to work with. I had to add an extra night to my reservation last minute and they made it happen so quickly. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back to Park City, and I will be recommending this rental to friends and family.
