Park Cadiz - Professionally designed home close to festivals, tennis, and golf

Property was amazing. Had all the amenities and beyond what we needed. The property was decorated and furnished with everything one would ever need. Only downside was previous renter had glass bottles in the pool and my nephew stepped on it and cut his foot. It's not the owner's fault but they need to instruct their pool guy to actually vacuum the pool to prevent this from happening again. This is still a good rental if you have a big group and just want to hang out and chill.

Beautiful place!

The whole experience leading up to our trip was wonderful. We were very excited to stay at this home that looked so lovely for our trip. Upon arrival everything looked great and the beds seemed very nice. We reached out before we arrived to see if we could extend our stay by 1-2 nights, but we never got a response throughout our whole trip. Once we started settling in we started to prepare our dinner which was based off the BBQ. All meat and sides were going on the BBQ, but we immediately realized the BBQ had leaking gas so we disconnected. We reached out to the host with no response. Our next issue was when we went to heat the hot tub - It would never get above 88 degrees. It was actually cooler then the pool. This was a huge frustration for my guests as they use a hot tub ever night. Again, I reached out to the host with no reply. We could never get the fireplace working - again no response from the host. We could never get the waterfall working for the pool - again no response from the host. The handle for the very heavy back sliding door was broken - again no response from the host. Lastly, we had toilet issues, but still no response from the host! Sadly this house was over $9000 for 5 nights and we come often. We come for Coachcella, Stagecoach and now Powertrip and sadly we will never stay here again or at any of the hosts other properties. All we needed was some communication and here we are two weeks after our trip and still no communication. WRONG!

We loved the spacious floor plan of this home. It was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The home decor was gorgeous and each bedroom was designed with lots of cozy details. I love that all 6 bedrooms had King beds! The sound system was a nice touch. That’s just inside! Although the pool was a bit smaller than I wanted, the design of the back yard is well thought out. The lounge pit is my favorite area. We only stayed 3 nights but I wished it was longer.

House and Property Management team were both great. Backyard was set up great. Sonos system was nice to have. Car charger was a big benefit as three of the cars were EV’s. Couple of small things that weren’t that big of a deal…(1) garbage disposal was locked up and wouldn’t function, maintenance was sent to fix promptly, (2) dishwasher drawer and door was broken, we were able to figure out how to keep it closed, and (3) there were a couple areas that could’ve been a bit cleaner, but coming into weekend three in a row of festival goers help explain why a deep scrub was likely not possible.

The property was clean, Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook large family meals. Backyard is perfect!
