Stayed Aug 31, 2019The property was Beautiful. The beach was on two sides of the house and easy to get to. The pool and hot tub were great for just relaxing and enjoying each other. We loved the house the beach and all of the accommodations, I hate that the Dorian (the huricain) ended our stay three days early . Hopefully we will be able to visit this property again .

Stayed Jul 21, 2018Perfect house for a family reunion. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking and typical beach activities. We enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub every day. There is plenty of outdoor pool and porch furniture and it is of high quality. Super comfortable house for a large group. A great spot to vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I want to start by thanking Peter and the Lachicotte Realty team, they did a wonderful job accommodating our large party. Paradise Point was beautifully appointed, the hot tub was delightful, and the scenery was simply divine. The views from this house are lovely from every room, gated North End of island, and peaceful. Though our stay was for a funeral, we made the best of it and had several local seniors return to Paradise Point for cocktails and Hor Devours...this house was perfect for entertaining! The elevator was key to getting everyone safely to the third floor, the spacious balconies enables us to spread out, and the large center island and table were perfect. I would recommend this home to any large group wanting space, privacy, and tranquilty!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have rented many houses on Pawleys Island when friends come to visit, and none finer than this house! It is the nicest house I have ever been in on Pawleys Island! It is perfect for a Big Chill Weekend of family or friends. It is new and very beautiful, comfortable, with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to the beach. The 270 degrees views of the ocean and inlet are stunning. They also have great internet, Sonos, HD TV and well equipped kitchen. My group rented it for the next week immediately. A Ten on Ten!
