Paradise Palms - Luxury Home - Bikes & Kayaks

This property provided a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was immaculate. Only problem we had was on check-in - the door code didn't work but a call to the property manager quickly resolved that. We had an issue with a light in bathroom ceiling burning out & a small leak in toilet tank - these were fixed within one hour of my call. The house is very roomy & in good condition. Neighborhood is quiet & location makes it easy to access stores and many restaurants.

some dog hair so I'm thinking pet friendly environment.All in all, very clean enough pool toys for a large family.bicycles, kayaks, beach umbrellas coolers well stocked friendly neighborhood and excellent location in Cape Coralwe'll be back. friendly management !!!

House fit our needs perfectly. The issue we had was that the hot tub as it was not easy to use despite the directions listed. Also a few broken items in home, one being a beach chair that we didn't notice til we got to the beach so we had to purchase another (50).

The property was terrific! Very well appointed kitchen, with all you need to enjoy a meal at home. Very spacious living area and bedrooms. The outdoor area was over the top with a pool, hot tub, loungers, seating area, dining table, TV and BBQ. Enjoyed our cocktail hour on the dock.The house is located a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Everything was great! Property was very clean when we arrived. Everything looked as nice as it did in photos. There were 2 fewer lounge chairs on lanai than shown in photo but wasn’t a problem for us. Also a beach chair and beach wagon in the garage were broken and a couple of pool floats were torn and/or deflated. But these may have been items that were left by previous renters and not provided by property owner/manager. Everything promised in the property description was accurate.

House is as advertised and is very clean and well appointed. Dock and boat lift were nice to have for our rental boat!

Again, everything was great, except the beds. Back ache from King bed in Master bedroom - it sagged too much. I weigh about 198lbs. Had to sleep on twin Ikea mattresses. Perfect!!

The pictures online did not do justice to the tranquility and beauty of the property. I researched 100s of Cape Coral rentals before choosing Paradise Palms and the house and pool were beyond our expectations. The only changes to consider would be the master mattress is very firm, charging ports/outlets for bedrooms, and a few kitchen items could be added like mixing bowls. We loved the view and the neighborhood was quiet. The kids had a blast in the pool and we kayaked the canals in the mornings and rode bikes around the neighborhood. Cape Coral was a great starting point for our exploring of southwest Florida and it's an easy drive to Everglades, Marco Island, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Meyers Beach. You can't go wrong with this property. We loved it! Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradise Palms! It was our home away from home! I first worked with Eva. She responded quickly to my calls & emails and guided me through the booking process efficiently. The day of departure, the dishwasher would not start and I called & talked with Eva. She was very professional and told me to leave a note. I also worked with Vanessa with our final payment. It was very simple to text her a check & I received a confirmation a few days later. Vanessa was very professional as well.
