We enjoyed the pool, though we had to pay extra to have it heated. I would have one suggestion, though. for the downstairs bathroom. ...it would be nice to have a towel bar for the hand towel and maybe a hook on the back of the door to hang the bath towel for reuse!

I can honestly say that this is one of the best stays I've have had ever! The hosts were more than accommodating and the house was AMAZING!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors as well, not too far from Las Vegas but far enough not to have to deal with all the extra Vegas comes with.I will definitely try to book this place my next trip

We came out to celebrate a 40th Birthday party, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, comfortable beds, and the outdoor space was excellent; perfect sized pool for the 7 of us, fun putting green and shaded outdoor seating. The owners were very responsive but also gave us the privacy expected.

Oh man, this place was perfect for our two families which included 6 kids. The house had all the tools for cooking and cleaning, so much space for games and activities, and of course the backyard is great! House is close to nearly everything you need. Best grill of any vacation rental I’ve ever used! Great communication, overall fantastic experience.

The House was Beautiful, our host's replied quickly to all our questions and made our stay that much better. We will definitely choose their home when we come back to vegas! You have everything you need close by, without parking hassles and the rustle bustle of the strip (although its only a short drive away). Perfect for families. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful at night.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly attentive—always quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), and the bathrooms were fully loaded with more bath towels than our family of five could use in a week! Every detail was clearly considered to make our stay comfortable and easy.The beds were very comfortable, and the whole space felt like a true home away from home. The backyard was a highlight—spacious, private, and the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and letting the kids have fun.Check-in and check-out were seamless and super easy, and the location couldn’t have been better. In a quiet neighborhood in Henderson, yet only about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip—it gave us the best of both worlds: convenience and calm.We have stayed in multiple properties in different locations over the years, and this property was top of our list...they have truly thought of everything! Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such a memorable stay...we will definitely be back!

This house is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet & it’s only a 20-30 minute to anywhere you want to go in Vegas. It was very clean. The pool area is excellent. Our family had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great off the strip property.

We were so very impressed by the property! The home was even more spacious than the pictures showed. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. The owners were great communicators and seemed to really care that we enjoyed our stay. The pool and putting green were an absolute hit. We are so thankful for the easy check in and check out. Flew our family in and this was a great getaway. Property had plenty to do with the kids in the backyard when we needed to escape the heat. Location is in a great neighborhood close to enough to get to the strip but far enough not to deal with the craziness.

The house was clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous pool and all the listed amenities. Close to everything we needed and just as described.

This is your perfect stay option for being close to Vegas activities but in a beautiful safe neighborhood with all the shopping and dining you would ever need very close by. The backyard pool, spa, shaded patio(we dined on the deck multiple times) and outdoor TV are spectacular! We found everything we needed to prepare most of our meals in well appointed kitchen for our group of 7. Can't say enough praise about our hosts: responsive, understanding and professional. If you on the fence about choosing another property, just pull the trigger here! One of our favorite VRBO stays... and we've had many across the country.

Was everything it said it was in listing, clean, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and also not too far from the strip. The house had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 9 had an amazing week at this property. The pool area is a delight. The photos of the property don’t do it justice. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. The host could not have been more gracious and helpful. The location is amazing - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely neighborhood. It was a perfect location for our family vacation.

House was great. My wife and I and our 7 kids came for spring break. Pool area was great for all. Basketball hoop in pool was very fun. Safe area. House was very clean and host very responsive and accommodating. We went to the strip, Hoover dam and the valley of fire. Also did k1 go carts which were a lot of fun.

My family stayed at “Paradise off the Strip” in December 2024. Everything about the property was terrific! The house is quite large and had space for both socializing and for quiet time. We will absolutely stay at this property again!

We stayed with four adult friends and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, and the property manager was great to work with.

Our stay was great, owners were very responsive. The only problem was that air quality we rented this place for the pool and hot tub. We were excited about being able to use both, we were informed once we arrived, the pool isn’t heated from Oct to April. The hot tub is heated but we had to request it turned on to use. It is a great house but we felt like the VRBO posting should have explained the pool and hot tub details. We also left a charger pack, the owners quickly mailed it back to us which was greatly appreciated.

My parents, siblings, and I stayed for a week, with my two young adult sons visiting for the weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was too cold for swimming but I can imagine that the pool is perfect for hot summer days. The house is about 15 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic, and the Strip if about 10 minutes beyond that. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping readily available. The hosts were lovely — very prompt and welcoming.We had a great stay!!

Beautiful home, super clean and amazingly spacious. Neighborhood is quite and very well groomed. My kids loved the heated pool. The surrounding area has a great variety of places to eat, which are all very close. The host are super attentive. Quick and helpful with thier responses. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10.

I traveled from San Diego to Henderson so we could have a Las Vegas wedding by Elvis. Since we had family traveling with us and others meeting us there, a house seemed like a better option than a few hotel rooms. We looked at several properties, but this one caught our eye. We wanted the pool and really liked that this one was fenced since we have a 3 y/o and a 1 y/o with us. We had 9 in our party so we needed a bigger house. This one was just right. The property owner was super responsive throughout the process, even before we booked our stay! The house was nice and tidy when we checked in and all of the instructions were very clear for everything. TV's were everywhere and live TV was even included! The high chair and pack-n-play were ready to go as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we need to say off the strip when we come back to Vegas!

First time staying off the strip and it was worth it. Easy Uber/Lyft ride to shows and casinos. Only downside is we didn’t have a chance to spend much time by the pool!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! Our group was 8 adults & we were in town for a family event. The highlight was definitely the pool—it was perfect for relaxing before the family party. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out and unwind. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for a family vacation! It was a great home, with an awesome pool, and extremely responsive hosts that were so accommodating to our party. Next time I am in Vegas I will stay here again unless it is already booked!

So very pleased and impressed with this home in so many ways! The check-in and check-out was seamless with no issue. The host did a great job of communicating any pertinent information and was very accommodating and friendly. We had a few questions that came up during our stay and he was very prompt in responding and didn't make me feel like we were bothering. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and is as pictured and described in the photos and descriptions. The house is comfortable, AC works amazing and has space to spread out. There are comfortable spaces in all the areas and a nice loft area and living room to relax with great TV to watch if you desire. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you would need, we also used the grill and it worked well! . The backyard is beautiful and pool was wonderful for our family as well as our teenagers (14 and 16) they both had so much fun in the pool playing basketball or just relaxing in the hot tub. Our family was in town for my 50th birthday celebration and this home was a perfect choice for us to be together to enjoy family time. We will definitely be staying here again 10/10!!! Very much appreciate the host for being so wonderful to work with and well cared for vacation space that they provide.

We were 5 adults in Vegas for a conference and stayed in Paradise! The house was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, but the pool area is where we spent most of our time. It was awesome! Would absolutely stay again!

The property was wonderful. Just far enough off the strip to be away from the madness. The area has plenty of food and stores.
