For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or through our office. Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

    The inside was nice, however the outside needed a LOT of repairs. The deck area and area under the house was run down and the deck lighting was knocked off the posts. The outside shower was rusted and didn’t work accurately. Lights inside also needed new light bulbs in the kitchen. It would also be nice to have cutting knives in the kitchen to use when preparing meals. There is also a hole in the floor in the master bedroom and the master bathroom closet door was ripped off the hinges.

    The property was very worn - hole in floor in master bedroom, closet doors in master bath unattached and propped, NO outside lighting which resulted in a fall down the stairs, several blown light bulbs inside (which was fine since there are so many lights). Wish checkin could be with a code rather than having to go to Gulf Shores.However, the location was GREAT!!!!

    The location of the house is great and the house it was a good fit or my family, we have some challenges with cooking our neals, the kitchen needs some improvement with the stuff to actually be able to take care of the 10 guests as they claim in this site. Other thsn that the place needs some minor maintenance to be top notch. The property manager was excellent and easy to communicate. Over all we will comeback to this house again with my fsmily, we enjoyed been this close to the gulf of Mexico.

    Had trouble with dishwasher and toilet. Toilet fixed. Dishwasher needed special attention so we told them to wait till we vacated to fix. There were only 4 coffee cups in unit that can sleep 10.

    We loved the beach access. We could walk barefoot to the beach. Property was clean. You can tell its not someone's vacation property as it was really bare bones. We found it difficult to cook food as we were hoping to do. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the master suite was comfortable.The property manager was responsive. Ov

    This house was great for my family, plenty of sleeping accommodation, kitchenware, and the perfect patio/deck for our nightly gatherings. This house is steps from the beach, very quiet. Perfect family getaway. We would definitely be going back!!

    When we got there at 5pm on Monday, we were ready to go inside but was stopped by the cleaning crew. They told us that it hadn’t been cleaned and that they needed an hour. We had groceries and wanted to put the cold stuff in the fridge and we couldn’t even do that. After they left, the house did not have any hand soap or any toiletries. I called and they said they would bring it but we never got anything. There were lamps and lights fixtures that didn’t even have lights in them. The Newly renovated shower didn’t even work. Water basically dribbled out of it. The location. Was great but other than that, will not stay there again.

    The locations is great! Poole Properties great as well and really helped us with our stay. The property needs some serious TLC!! Cleaning could be better but the actual up- keep is the problem. Stained couch, dirty area rug, and just overall wear and tear was definitely a downer. Also, note to owner a tail-gate grill is not adequate for a beach rental. If I had paid for any more than a 3 day stay I would have been really upset, but the house served its purpose and my grown children enjoyed the music festival.
