Paradise in Rita Ranch - HEATED POOL

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and conveniently located. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rita Ranch. The backyard was comfortable and clean. The pool wasn’t heated as advertised but we did not pursue looking into it as we were very busy. The kitchen was well stocked so eating in was great.The only glitch was we received the wrong code to get into the house. Rob did get back to us Farley quick with the correct code.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I would have is the title says, Paradise in Rita Ranch - HEATED POOL but I had to pay an extra 400.00 to have the pool heated. There were some burnt out lightbulbs in the laundry and bathroom areas and the table hockey game in the garage did not work. Other than those things, it was good. The owner was communicative and nice.

Location was great for the plans we had made while in the Tucson area, quiet neighborhood and house is as pictured.

The pool and area was ok. The house had a nice deck area to sit and have coffee/drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate. It was easy to reach out to the host and he got back to me right away, which I always appreciate.

All three sisters and spouses met in Tucson (where our other sister lives) for a week stay. We had a great experience in this home. The space was perfect for a group to spend time together, but still each have our own space when needed. The backyard space was wonderful and the weather cooperated! The various areas for sitting and the pool gave us and the visiting grandkids lots of options.The owner even left us some treats in the kitchen and fridge. Very nice personal touches. The only drawback in the home was the stairs. They weren't obvious from the VRBO photos so take note if you have leg/knee issues (which my husband did). There are multiple levels! Still didn't deter from our enjoyment of this pretty home.

The house was super clean and very family friendly! It was so nice to have a pool in the backyard. The property is spacious and well-equipped. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

This is a lovely house with very nice back yard. We really enjoyed sitting outside when the temps warmed up. It is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.Only one thing I didn’t realize is the number of stairs because the house has three levels. My husband and I have had recent leg surgeries so I might not have selected this house. We did just fine but I think it’s worth mentioning.The house was spotless and had plenty of towels, coffee, tea, waters and some snacks. We never cooked there but the kitchen looked well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. There was even a good selection of staples and seasonings. Everything was in excellent condition!I certainly recommend this house but just remember there are quite a few stairs in this split-level home.

Wonderful time with family for graduation weekend! House had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean

During our stay the weather was not cooperative and actually snowed. Luckily household as depicted provided plenty of activities in the garage along with board games to keep our family young and old entertained while we were waiting out the weather. Also, want to draw attention to nearby (walking) access to park, trails, and other Tucson offerings.
