Paradise Found ~ Direct Beachfront Florida Oasis ~ Top 1% Home in the Country

The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porch where we had our morning coffee while looking at the gorgeous water. Everything needed for our stay was provided. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We give it an ‘Excellent’ as our review.

Right on the beach as stated. Appliances are very good and beds are good. Fairly secluded area in the off season!

WHAT A PERFECT STAY! Beach views from every room. Faces east so had a lovely sunrise every single day. Got up to drink coffee on the screened in deck and watch pelicans and other seabirds hunting and diving. (Sadly, I saw no dolphins this time, but they were there according to others staying this week.) Enjoy letting the puppers frolic in the water? Check.Enjoy wading far from shore in knee-high water? Check.Enjoy beach-side amenities like seating, a shower, a fish-cleaning station, and a grill? Check.Despite 2 days of gale-force winds limiting the beach activities to viewing from the porch under blanket robes, it was truly Paradise Found! 100% recommended!

The view was amazing the house was wonderful also. Very nice and clean. Host Was very responsive and communicated well. We'll definitely stay again in the future

Had the beach to ourselves all week

We just loved everything about this location and we definitely recommend the Trident restaurant it was delicious!

For a house that allows pets and on the beach it was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay we loved the chairs near the water at the end of the little board walk. The sink below the house was super handy for washing hands and other things. Highly recommend this place especially for people looking for a low key area.

If you need a place to unplug and relax, this is it!!! Not a lot to do, no commercialism at all and yet, BEST vaca we've had in years. Relaxing at the bottom of the steps on the little deck with chairs was the absolute best place to be. We will definitely be back!!!!

Quiet walks on the beach, coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, listening to the waves while staying in this beautiful Beach Cottage made for a perfect week. Our first visit to Alligator Point was amazing. The Cottage was perfect..clean, well appointed and location was amazing. Had the beach to ourselves. Such a beautiful place. We truly hope to return next year.

After a couple of busy weeks, we planned to stay somewhere quiet to have time out and just enjoy the views. It was great to see the accommodation lived up to its reviews. The amenities provide plenty of opportunities to just relax, read a book in the hammock, or have drinks on the balcony as the sun sets. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nick was clear in communications which made checkin/out easy. The house itself is clean and just as described. The access to the beach is steps away from the deck stairs and great that there is an outdoor shower and sink. There is also a foot washing station right by the stairs of the deck. Would stay again.

Beautiful place, we didn't want to leave. I would go again! Literally steps from the water too and the sunrises were gorgeous.

This beach house is beautiful! Very nice kitchen area, and we especially liked the lighting touches and the high-speed internet. Despite only being able to stay there 3 out of the 4 nights we paid for due to Hurricane Debby, it was a great experience. I wish there were some comp involved. I suggest extra travel insurance during the season down here for anyone, Vrbo's policy is unkind. Read before booking.

We loved the location. The house was very well eqipped. Saw dolphins from screened in porch. I would stay again. I was looking for a quiet place to stay and on the ocean and wasnt disappointed.

We've stayed in this area and St George for more than 10 years. Beat house we've ever stayed at. Everything worked well. Host was fantastic!
