Great place thanks for the memories.

This property is truly a perfect place for a family gathering. We had 17 people, including eight adults and nine kids, ages 1 year to 17 years old. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious, and oh so charming! It was such a great touch that it was decorated for Christmas, too! You really thought of everything, and we are truly thankful. The location was close to everything Flagstaff has to offer, including such places as Snowbowl, The Polar Experience, Bearizona, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

We just finished spending a magical week in Flagstaff with our kids and grandkids, and this house was perfect for all. The listing is just as advertized, fully stocked, very clean, well-decorated and with comfortable furniture, two full kitchens, so very many bathrooms and bedrooms that everybody felt like they got their first choice. Jim is a responsive and helpful owner, and I really have nothing but positive things to say about how wonderful the whole experience was.

Just lovely. Very comfortable home base for all Flagstaff area has to offer.

The property was perfect for our women's retreat. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and learning living space. It was clean and well managed.

We have a group of friends that meet every year for a long weekend -- going on 30 years now! This house worked really well for that, especially as we do a lot of board games and there were enough tables to have 4 going at a time.

Great size property for our family. We noted that several smaller cabins are available for a larger group.

If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It is in all the rules and it is enforced strictly. This was very difficult for my family. Also the fire pit area is dark. My husband took a fall in that area. Another issue for us was our decorations for my husband’s party. We were asked to remove them. It was very disappointing. The mansion is very large but hard for older guests because of the stairs. The common area is fantastic but limited and dark at night. This place is perfect for you if you are a low key quiet family. My family is not.

We rent from VRBO all the time and like to try new places this place was nice but on a very busy road which you don't see in any of the pictures.The property manager/owner also stays on property and keeps a close eye on what you are doing. You can be outside but no noise not even a radio playing. We are very good renters and take great care of each place we rent but I felt like I couldn't really enjoy this place because I had to make sure everyone was quiet, and we stayed inside for most of it to avoid any issues instead of being outside enjoying the weather!
