This community is in a great location: across from the beach, a 3 min drive to Pier Park, and a 10min drive to 30A. You cantruly enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast.

This great two-story layout has both bedrooms on the first floor with the king-master ensuite with a new flat screen TV and the guest bedroom across the way with a queen bedroom ensuite also with a new flat screen TV. Traveling up to the second floor you will find the open living area with great kitchen, dining area and access to your private balcony with amazing Gulf views. If you need some extra space to sleep the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed! After a day at the beach or the community pool, enjoy the outside shower before calling it a day and enjoying some time relaxing on the balcony.     We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse! The location is perfect with it being within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, as well as having beach access across the street. The company is very responsive and maintains constant communication to make sure your stay goes well. We will definitely book again!

    This place is awesome. It's clean, has everything you need, pet friendly and in a great location. Pier Park, fishing pier and dog beach are just a block away. Management team is friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely come back for future trip to PBC area.

    This place was perfect for our family! We stayed for the Jazz Festival and the location was perfectly walking distance to the gate and all that Pier Park has to offer and the beach was right across the street. The unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again for location and value
