Stayed Jan 17, 2024House was nice overall. Sebastian location was in middle of everything. You could hear traffic on main road. Shrubs, trees, pathways needed work. Well water really surprised me. Kitchen was well stocked. Liked the openness. Bedrooms where comfortable.

Stayed May 24, 2024We spent a wonderful weekend at this place. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a cleaner property before. It had everything we needed, the pool was sparkling clean and there was a great backyard for the dog to explore. It was only three minutes away from a Walgreens and a Winn Dixie if you needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Apr 16, 2024I was in Florida to visit / check on / help my very elderly mother. This property is not only right around the corner from her, it is also clean, VERY well equipped, and really the exact respite I needed after each busy day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook actual dinners (I made enchiladas one night and a spring vegetable risotto another) and being able to come back here and relax in the pool was exactly the right break from being super busy. The hosts are on top of everything, respond to questions right away, and are generally just super helpful. I absolutely will stay here when I visit again!
