Paradise Amongst the Palm Trees.

The house was great for a family group. We liked the large living room and open concept. The grounds and pool area was very nice. Good kitchen too.

Everything was clean and well maintained, beautiful house!!!.

quiet/private location..nice pool for children plus a child proof fence around it. a little small for adults..jacuzzi light was burned out & pretty dark in the pool at night..pool cleaning net had large holes in it.one lawnchair broken..perfect otherwise.

My husband and I stayed from a Sunday to Thursday and the property exceeded our expectations. Very, very clean, tidy, organized and well-kept. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and this one rated top on the list. I would come back to this one next time I'm in the area.The location was convenient for the things we were doing and it was easy to get out to Pine Island and enjoy the restaurants and waterfronts.The patio, pool, and spa area were great. Again, clean and tidy. It was nice to be able to use the garage to park and come in and out of the home. Plenty of necessities for the kitchen. We did not use the grill. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to sit out by the canal and enjoy the waterway up close. Overall, a very nice stay for us and appreciated the level of maintenance at this home.

House was nice and the pool and hot tub were awesome. In a quiet neighborhood but not far from stores and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful, even though the weather was cool. The house was very clean, spacious, all the necessary essentials. The hot tub was very relaxing and easy to operate. The pool was nice. The area was full of restaurants and things to do in just a few miles from the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. This is a most definite home to go back to, which we plan to do when we can. Beautiful home, central location to our family. Very clean. Maintained. Easy check in and received access to house as stated. Loved parking car in garage. Pool and hot tub so nice but too chilly to enjoy. The lock on sliding door to pool did not feel secure. Difficult to lock, flimsy

Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. Melanie was easy to book with from day one. I am so glad she asked us for references on previous vacations and stays at properties because it made us feel she die at rent to just any rif raf. From checking in to leaving everything went off without a hitch. The property was immaculate. The pool and hot tub was crystal clear. The beds were comfortable and the overall appearance was modern. We felt very safe. If I had to add anything to make my stat better, and that would be reaching,maybe a privacy shrubbery bush because the neighbors to the left were constantly outside. But again, that is just personal opinion. Overall our time we spent there was perfect and it would be our pleasure to stay again and recommend this property to anyone.

Property was easy to get to. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Pool was heated to 88F, which was great for the cooler weather days. The layout made it easy to supervise the pool while enjoying the spa.Floor plan was spacious and adequately furnished.

Our family enjoyed staying together over Thanksgiving this year. The location, near my Mother’s house, was effect for us. The only downside was that we were required to send an image of an ID before we could use the keypad for entry. It seems that would have been requested at booking rather than waiting for check if it even necessary since they had received my payments months and weeks prior to our arrival.

This place was awesome. Extremely clean and tons and tons of space. Has a great layout with bathrooms on either end of the house. Pool area was extremely well kept and completely netted/fenced off. Location was great as well. Far enough away from busy roads, but only a few blocks from getting to major arteries. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and everything in the house functioned as it should. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!

The location of the property was great for our needs. The only challenge was when cooking the pans were well used previously and u had to go out and buy a pan I could use. I also thought the listing said it would have spices. Two pepper shockers and no salt. The battery for the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night on our 3rd night, as well as a several lights burning out while we were there. Brian was responsive. Overall good.

The House is of the path but not out of sight. Stores and restaurants are close by. The house is spacious if you come with family, and has everything you need. The pool area is great and and offers some great view along the waterway.

Our family (my wife, 7 yr old and me) needed a house as a home base for a visit to see family in Cape Coral - and this was perfect! The location was great, just 5 min away from a Publix and Starbucks, and even down the block from a small public playground. The house was clean and spacious. And our kiddo loved the pool! Super easy checkin/out. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at a house in a residential area. The house itself was clean and had a very comfortable layout, with all necessary appliances and kitchen items available. However, there were numerous restrictions and directions, even for something as simple as garbage disposal. We arrived at 2:40 pm and had not received the door code a day prior, as mentioned in our email correspondence. When we reached out to Melanie upon arrival, she informed us that the code would not be available until 3 pm, as stated. Later, we asked if our daughters-in-laws could visit us at the house to use the pool, but this request was declined. We found this to be overly restrictive and not conducive to a relaxing getaway.

We had a great time with our friends with children. There are fun things nearby Happys and gator mikes. The pool had a very interesting shape which we completely enjoyed! The only slight little thing is privacy at pool. The neighbor to the right when outside felt like they were too close. Maybe a large palm or something i between would give more privacy. But my husband caught a large mouth bass in the canal and we had a blast! I wish I could post pictures of the pool!
