The Space:

Modern and contemporary in design, Papaya delivers plenty of ways to unwind with informal indoor dining, long poolside afternoons, and covered outdoor cook-outs for your enjoyment as the sun slowly sets. The home is fully screened and fully air-conditioned, the doors open to tropical breezes when you want them, or stay closed and cool on the hotter afternoons. Across two levels, living and sleeping zones are thoughtfully separated, giving every guest privacy and space at the end of the day.



UPSTAIRS is the heart of the home. A chef's kitchen with servery sweeps across to the open plan dining and living areas, which flow directly out to the covered entertaining zone with views over the large private magnesium pool. The king master sits on this level alongside a second bedroom (king or twin) and the main upstairs bathroom.



DOWNSTAIRS offers a private retreat of its own delivering a second lounge with kitchenette, full bathroom and a third bedroom (king or twin).
