The property location was amazing! The views were incredible! The property managers were timely and reachable for questions or to turn on the hot tub . I personally enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and the fireplaces in most every room! Also the automated blinds were helpful and nice for privacy. We would definitely recommend this rental for future guests!

First of, Sedona is a great place to visit, especially if you like hiking in a beautiful place. Everywhere you look there is a postcard-perfect view. The Alpine property was ideal for us. The place is gorgeous, with ample room for our multi-generational family vacation, and great amenities (pool, hot tub, game room, etc). The place was so homey that we found we didn't even want to go out to eat much, we ate outside by the pool most nights. Great location as well, with access to beautiful trails minutes away. The hosts were extremely responsive whenever we needed them. We hope to come back soon.

This house is gorgeous and massive! I got a lot of steps in just looking around. We went in January but got great weather for Sedona. We spent a lot of time in hot tub and kids went back and for between pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen/grill is great. Kitchen is a dream with an amazing view. Windows everywhere. Fireplace in many rooms. It’s a very private home. Loved our stay, our only regret was not staying longer.

Mighty tree villa completed it all for us we felt astonished with this high class mansion great views from every angle we felt at home .This was from the seven wonders on earth I can go on and on and wont finish. We absolutely loved staying at this property! We had a group of 10 including four kids, and this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! We really enjoyed spending our Christmas in Sedona and at this home! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. It felt so cozy with a fireplace in most rooms that was quick and easy to start. We were able to cook meals, stock the fridge, enjoy the jacuzzi & pool, play games in the game room, enjoy the beautiful backyard, sleep comfortably each night, and enjoy a wonderful Christmas morning as a family. Our hostess was incredibly responsive to any of our questions and/or requests. Sedona is beautiful with amazing views in every direction. We took a short hike in Fay Canyon that was easy enough for my 77 year old mom to take using two canes for balance. She is a champ! We found a friendly church to attend, ate at a few local restaurants, enjoyed some shopping, and did a little grocery shopping. The traffic was heavy at times due to the holiday, but we didn't mind. We just sang along to some extra Christmas music while we drove. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The home was very well managed and beautiful! We are definitely coming back soon to experience the breathtaking view from the house and take advantage of the awesome in ground jacuzzi that played a massive part in my spa day I put together for me and my girlfriends!

We had a fantastic stay! The management company was extremely responsive and made everything effortless from start to finish. The house itself was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family Thanksgiving get-together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to both Sedona and Oak Creek. There was plenty of room for multiple adults to enjoy time together as well as quiet moments alone. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and a great bonus for relaxing. Highly recommend staying here—would definitely book again!

The property is stunning with nearly 360' views from within the home. The set up is great for families and groups of couples. The kitchen is well suited for entertaining. We loved the hot top, you will need to be in communication with management about setting it up to be the appropriate temperature. Kids really liked the game room. This is a truly lovely, well maintained property. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, this Sedona home absolutely blew us away! The panoramic views are truly breathtaking — every window frames a picture-perfect vista of red rocks and sprawling landscapes. The amenities were next level: the game room provided endless fun for everyone, and unwinding in the hot tub under the stars was one of our favorite evenings. The pool was clean, inviting, and perfect for a warm afternoon dip. We also appreciated how well maintained everything was and how responsive the host was any time we had a question. Location wise, it's ideal — secluded enough for peaceful relaxation, yet still easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and trails. We loved every minute and can't wait to return. We all fell in love with this property. It has stunning views, very nice amenities, and it was very comfortable. The property was very clean and was a pleasure to spend time in during our vacation. Communication with the management company was very easy and they ensured that any small glitches were immediately taken care of, even if that meant sending someone out after hours. We would definitely recommend this property and I'm hoping to return with my family members next year as this stay was with a group of friends.

It is gorgeous and very well maintained. It is just as pictured. Very clean. We had our wedding in the backyard and they were very nice about us doing that. The baby crib and high chair is a nice touch as babies come on vacation too! We are very pleased with our stay! Thank you.

Recently stayed here with a large group of girls and loved it. The home is super spacious and the views are incredible. Everyone comfortable fit and had their own bathroom, host was very responsive, and the location was amazing. Highly recommend!

Overall, terrific place and terrific stay. 1) Location - a few minutes' drive to downtown Sedona, and the views from the place were amazing! 2) Pool and outside areas - used them every day 3) Rooms were big and nice game room for the kids. Overall, an amazing place, and would absolutely return.

Great stay great location.

This is a great house. It's very spacious and our party of 9 was quite comfortable. Everything in the house is top of the line (furnishings, appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc). It was very clean when we arrived. The location of the house is incredible. The views are stunning and if you're into mountain biking, the nearest trailhead is a 2 minute ride from the house. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the streets are more like asphalt walking paths than roads. It's also a very wheelchair accessible home. There is only one small set of steps going from the pool to the backyard, but the backyard can also be accessed from the driveway with no steps, so really nothing is off limits. Lastly, it's a great house for dogs. The backyard is fully walled off. I think my dog had the most fun of all of us running through the hallways and chasing birds and lizards in the yard. Anytime we are back in Sedona, we will definitely book this house!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house is pure luxury and the views are incredible! We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor space. The neighborhood is lovely and surrounding homes are gorgeous. The home is a short drive to shopping and restaurants, but we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. We also used the outdoor grill and pizza oven. This house has every amenity for a luxurious vacation. We travel often and can state that this home is very special. We have returned home and are missing the incredible views!!

We stayed at the Alpine in Sedona. Mighty Tree Properties was very communicative and inviting even before we got to the home. When we did get there it was hands down one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Every window had an amazing view. The home itself has every amenity you can think of. It is true luxury living. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay, this is it. We definitely will be back.

Wow wow wow! This is the first property that we've stayed at that the pictures don't do it justice. The property and views and far more beautiful than the pictures show. It is hands down the most gorgeous and cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. We never wanted to leave.

This is a really lovely property. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and in a beautiful location. We had two families, four adults and four kids and had plenty of room. The kitchen and barbecue area were great for group cooking. The whole house is very comfortable. The playroom was very well used for the time we were there. The management company was among the best I have interacted with. Highly responsive in real time, very friendly and flexible. We will be coming back

Had an amazing stay. House was very comfortable and the pool/jacuzzi were great. Enjoyed the morning visits from the pack of javelinas and deer. Could see them right out the kitchen window. Highly recommend this property.

The house was great, very spacious and clean. The views are as good as described and the pictures reflect exactly what we saw. We liked the game room as well, which is a nice touch.

This property was outstanding. The views are insanely beautiful from almost every room in the house-the back yard is huge with separate little spaces to explore. The whole neighborhood was serine and quiet. Cathedral rock is in plain (and very close) view from the whole back of the house. The pool and hot tub were very clean-you will want to have the pool heated if you plan on swimming. Towels and toiletries were plentiful-washer and dryer worked perfectly. When I needed anything I had direct contact with the property and they took care of my need immediately. To sum it up, I am the pickiest person on the planet and this place exceeded expectations 100%!!

My wife and I stayed here this past week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were originally planning on saying in a nice resort nearby, but after finding this property, we thought it would be a much better idea and we were right. It's a gorgeous property with mountain views out all of the many windows. Felt very private in the pool area and every part of the house, with a spacious backyard and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Only 8 to 10 minutes into town made an easy commute for going out and grabbing a bite, or visiting local hikes and attractions. The customer service team behind mighty tree were great. We'd plan on visiting again.
