Panoramic Gulf Views with Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green, and Outdoor Bar

Overall it was great! The location is amazing! Super quick drive to the beach to drop all the stuff off. Even if there’s not a parking spot for the golf cart it’s a quick walk after dropping it back off at the house. The outdoor living area is AMAZING!!! We don’t even spend time inside. However I will say the stepping stones and tile that is used outside are EXTREMELY slippery. We had a party with little kids all 7 and under and several slipped and fell. The putting green area was hit for both kids and adults. My only other complaint would be that there are not any blinds or curtains in the rooms to keep the sun out in the am so the kids were up early. I would also recommend adding tvs to the rooms in the basement. Other than those small inconveniences the stay was flawless.

The property was very nice and loved how close it was to the beach. However, the basement is not accessible from the main house. You have to go outside to go upstairs from the basement (no covered path). The basement also smelled like wet dog and sewage for the entirety of the trip. Other than that the house was great and we had the best time!

Golf cart was amazing and used it daily to the beach and going to eat at night. The group before us cracked the stovetop so we weren’t able to use that so that was a little inconvenient but we made it work.

At first arrival, I found black hairs in my bed and other beds. I then showered, walked out onto the rug and had sand and hair covering my feet. Yes, sand is a given but even after housekeeping came to change linens and vacuum, it was still there. So we took it upon ourselves to vacuum and the sand was gone when WE did it. We then found 3 cockroaches (about 3 inches long) throughout our stay. When calling property management, they acted like cockroaches in a house are normal. The cleanliness of the house was horrific. The pool was filled with leaves. The house it’s self was good. They also gave us the wrong code for the golf cart and we waited so long for the actual code, we gave up and left in our vehicles for the beach. I’ve found out who the actual property owners are and plan to reach out to them.. with the cockroaches we killed in their house. Maybe they will decide to switch property management. Negative 3 out of 5 stars

The home was great for multiple families. A short distance to the beach and convenient location to other activities on 30A and Destin area. Bedrooms could use some dressers for unpacking for the week.

Overall an good property. Two bedrooms in the lower level that required you to go outside to get to the rest of the house. Need to add a cover for at least one entrance over the stairs especially for when it rains like we had this week.

Basically we were happy with the house. Bikes were in terrible shape, chains came off of several, the handle bars were crooked, and one tire rubbed against the frame and couldn’t even be used. So we had four kids that could not ride bikes together because they were not safe. I feel we deserve some credit and would appreciate a phone call. One of the chairs in the main living area had a roller and castor completely bent and another roller came completely out of the frame. The stove top had a chip/ crack (lower left corner)

Easy breezy

Very nice house . Close to beach 5-6 minute walk, 2 minute golf cart ride . The house was very clean. Pool very nice. Great for large or multi family group. Very spacious. Only constructive rec is for more comfortable seating in the great room as all (save1 chair) are dated and the main floor couch needs cleaning or replacing.
