Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. The condo is in a good location close to the beach in a nice, relatively quiet complex. The pools and other amenities were not crowded at all. The condo was clean and as described in the listing, but it was in need of some minor repairs and updates. The shower door would not stay on the track. The refrigerator door handle is missing. The dining table is too short for the chairs and only a person with VERY skinny legs would fit under it. There are no dressers in either bedroom. The master bedroom has a plastic mattress pad that is very noisy and the bed is pretty mushy. It was a fine choice for our family of three for 2 nights, but I think we would have not been comfortable there for a long stay.
