Panama City Beach Retreat..steps to the sand

First time to PCB area, was not disappointed. The townhouse was what we hoped for and what you would expect. Location, clean, relaxing back patio and close walk to the beach. If you forgot anything, no worries, beach towels, beach chairs, putters for putt putt, spices for cooking and all the pots and pans required for your stay. Host was quick to respond with answers to our questions or concerns. Great area, Gulf Highland Beach Resort.

Responsive owner. Everything you need is there. Close to shopping. 5 minutes to beach.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Quick response from owner when I had any questions.

The property was updated, clean, and well equipped with plenty of supplies. It is as advertised and the owner was very quick to respond with any issue. We actually extended our stay by 2 days. However, the king bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced due to sagging in the middle (very uncomfortable). Also, the property is well surveillanced so no funny buisness around there! Was a great stay and would recommend to others!

We have enjoyed the location and property during our stay, except few things need to be upgraded like bathroom faucet, towels need to be replaced with a quality ones (current towel shed lint may clog the bathroom), bedding can be upgraded. Other than the above it was great stay and we have enjoyed thoroughly our vacation.

This was a great stay for a family vacation. The location of the unit is just perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was more than equipped with anything you could need.

The unit is in a great location on the property. We had a minor issue during check in because the unit hadn't been cleaned (my reason for 3 stars here) but the secondary cleaning crew promptly showed up and took care of us. We were also refunded the cleaning fee. Look forward to a future stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It’s definitely our new home away from home although it is a 9 hour drive for us! Definitely convenient with having small children, the pool was RIGHT in front of the place, and the beach was literally a 5 minute walk away! We will definitely be booking again

This property was great for my family and pets during our stay in Panama City Beach! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, but for a family with active kids, so much more to do on-site with tennis courts, many pools, shuffleboard, and putt-putt.

Sadly the place was extremely dirty. Manager was quick to refund the cleaning fee and offered to have the cleaning crew return. This was a kind suggestion, but the solution not practical for us due to the apparent neglect for some time and just a quick trip by with a swiffer would not solve the problem.
