I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Paloma Linda rental was a beautiful home with an awesome porch for the family. Lots of space. I was under the impression that the home was right on the river however it was across the street with access by walking through another property. Other than that it is a fantastic place to stay. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and very helpful of our needs.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very disappointing. We have been coming to the Frio for years and this is the worst house we have ever stayed in. And on top of that we paid over our budget thinking we had our own private walk way to the river but in fact we had to walk across the street and walk through someone else’s yard to the river which is very misleading due to the info on the website. The washer smelled horrible- the dryer took 2 hours to dry one small load- the refrigerator selves were broken- floors were disgusting- food smeared all of the the dinning room table when we arrived- shower doors broken- SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE INSIDE AND OUT. This house is way over priced for the quality.
