Everything is brand new. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, queen airbed for sleeping, living room, sofa for sleeping ,dining room, one w/open shower, one w/bathtub, open modern kitchen with an island, bar top area, large kitchen pool view, laundry, office space, WiFi parking & outdoor seating with BBQ grill, fully fenced private backyard giving you a lot of privacy. TV’s in living room, master bedroom and outside on porch for your relaxing time. Enjoy the beautiful weather in sunny Florida in our spacious pool side or by the ocean minutes away, 10-20 minutes walking to Indian Rocks Beach.
Feel free to use the beach supplies you will find in the garage and pool toys in the back patio.Everything you need for you to enjoy, relax and stay for a while.

Neighborhood & Occupancy

* Residential area — please be respectful of neighbors at all times
* Max 8 guests (only registered guests allowed)
* Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM
* No parties, events, smoking, pets, or illegal activity

Pool & Safety

* Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard) — supervise children at all times
* No glass, food, or rocks in/around the pool
* Do NOT touch pool heater or pump
* You are responsible for your guests at all times

Cleanliness & Care

* Please keep the home, kitchen, bathrooms, and grill clean after use
* No bleach on towels or linens
* Keep doors/windows closed (AC + bugs)
* Turn off lights and appliances when leaving

Plumbing Rules (Very Important)

* ONLY flush: pee, poop & toilet paper
* No wipes (even “flushable”), diapers, or hygiene products
* Do NOT pour grease, oil, or food down drains

Before Checkout

* Towels → tub/shower
* Strip beds → laundry basket
* Take trash/recycling to side bins
* Run dishwasher
* Empty refrigerator

Additional Notes

* Exterior security cameras are present (outside only)
* Guests are responsible for any damages
* Golf cart available for an additional fee — ask in advance if interested
