Palmetto Pointe! 5BR Luxury Home with Pool, Spa, Rooftop Deck and Walk to Beach

The home was beautiful and in the perfect location. It exceeded all of our expectations.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, and perfectly furnished for us. The outside decks and furniture could have used cleaning, and everyone felt the beds were a bit too soft - but otherwise, the house was perfect!

Second time back to this amazing island and found our favorite spot to stay. Love the house and love the location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will be back

The house surpassed our expectations. It was huge- in really great shape- all the balconies and crow's nest were wonderful. We were concerned it would be noisy being right off Gulf Dr but that was not an issue at all. We were also concerned there was a newly built house next door that was not on the house pics, but again was not an issue- there are lots of tall palms and vegetation that creates a nice screen. The location to the beach- half block walk- was great! At the time we were there, garage had seven beach chairs, an umbrella and nice beach wagon. We used the pool area ALOT- we actually thought the pictures did not do the pool justice, meaning it seemed larger in person than in the pics and got to at least 5 feet deep. Hot tub was large and did get very hot- which then warmed the pool really well. We also got a good amount of morning to midafternoon sun. Kitchen had a good amount of dishes/cookware and appliances were really nice. We used a number of the bedrooms and all said beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. We also had golf carts to zoom up to Pine and around the island- would recommend getting carts. A few very minor maintenance issues and AMI Locals addressed very quickly. Would highly recommend this property

We had a group of 8 women all 55+ years old stay for 5 nights. This home is absolutely gorgeous and in a great spot convenient to the beach, shops, the trolley stops and of course the Philadelphia Sports Bar, Slim's, right across the street (GO BIRDS!). The food is very good there and we highly recommend it. The house is decorated beautifully and there are 5 large king size bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and then another bedroom with 3 twin beds. In addition there is a third floor sitting area with another 2 bunk beds that are super fun for kids! The rooftop deck is awesome! The only complaints we had are that the water pressure is very low, the jacuzzi took a very long time to heat up and it was difficult figuing out how to get it going since 3 of the 4 switches had no labels on them. Probably most disappointing was that the pool does not get much sun because of where it is situated behind the house. All in all we had a great time and would definitely rent this home again!!!

I am being a little unfair I rented this house for my kids and me along with family that rented another home. I came down with Covid right before we were to leave. I was not able to attend. From the pics and comments my kids appeared to be pleased with the property. I am hoping to rent it again just not sure if I can budget again in the next 11 months. Any specials or property discounts available to allow me to take my family back when I can also attend would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Amazing stay at Palmetto Point! Perfect location across the street from the beach with plenty of room for everyone in your party. Much more room to sleep we had leftover beds. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Busy location with bar across the street. Value did not equal price.

My family had an incredible vacation staying at this home. First the home is beautiful and brand new. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool area. Lovely kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The home is also right across the street from the beach and located very close to shops and restaurants. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Also had great tips and communication from managing company. We will be back!
