Stayed Aug 9, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Communication between us and the property manager was easy. They were very accessible to us. The Villa had everything we needed to be able to cook meals. Beds were comfortable bathrooms were clean and everything functioned well having the washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a bonus. We loved sitting on the back deck and watching the golfers and the Osprey that spends a lot of time near the property getting back-and-forth to the beach was easy and the location was perfect for visiting the different restaurants in the area. We definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Good location, easy check in. Needs a deep clean, refresh linens especially twin beds. Recommend managing the cleaners to slow down and spend more time on the inside especially bed linens, towels and floors.

The villa was well stocked with everything that we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and in a location that was quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed May 9, 2024We enjoyed our 9 night stay in this Inverness villa. The villa is spacious and had everything we needed plus some. The location is super quiet with a lot of wildlife to watch from the rocking chairs on the deck. I will definitely be renting this villa again.

Stayed May 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the location and Inverness. Our host was very easy and accessible if needed we really enjoyed sitting out in the mornings having coffee and the evenings with wine watching all the birds and wildlife we enjoyed the openness and views of the golf course, however, maintenance crew for the golf course sometime comes early In AM A couple of things I would recommend would be some better supplies in the kitchen. It would’ve been nice to have had some sharp knives, a colander, and bigger bowls for making a salad. Also, even though it wasn’t in the booking description, it would really be nice to have a grill. Most every place we stay in VRBO bookings offer a grill. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation Enjoy coming back
