    Spacious unit close to the beach. Well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils and games.

    Excellent location, and easy walking distance to town and local cafe and beaches. Cleanliness of house was terrible upon check in however. Floors had no been vacuumed or washed, sand was everywhere. Touch surfaces were well wiped eg bench tops and even shower. Outdoor area was also absolutely covered in leaves and dust, annd required us to sweep and wipe down tables and Chairs to be able to use them. There were huge visible cobwebs in corners of rooms, interior windows etc. Disappointing to check in and need to.clean the place ourselves before we felt comfortable in it. Other than that, unit had very generously sized rooms, room to park one car off the street, and was nice and quiet. Hopefully a deep clean is done asap.and then I would be more than happy to stay again!

    This unit is in a great position, close to the inlet. BUT it needs a LOT of TLC. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs both inside and out of the unit. We didn't use the backyard due to its untidy nature and spiders on everything. The front garden was very overgrown, too. A clothes dryer would be a great addition to the unit since there was no clothesline to speak of unless you count the rope/string that had been tied to the broken one in the backyard that was unusable! Linen was included, but a single top sheet on the main (very squeaky) queen bed didn't measure up. We stayed here for 2 weeks and were very disappointed and were expecting a better standard for the money paid. Overall couldn't recommend it without a thorough clean and maintenance inside and out.

    In dire need of thorough cleaning, removing cobwebs, eradicating insects, spiders & cockroaches, cleaning windows and window furnishings, fixing all broken items, installing a dishwasher, and providing better value-for-money. Provide pet-friendly access as per advertised, including grassed enclosed area.

    We were very disappointed when we arrived at the unit, the front yard is overgrown and not welcoming. The inside layout was good and had everything we needed however cleaning needs attention. The backyard was a disgrace. The outdoor seating was covered in cobwebs and the patio was filthy was not usable. Security door on laundry is completely rusted out and doesn’t close. It was a shame as the location is excellent. Needs maintenance on a regular basis.

    Stayed 3 nights in this property with my elderly dog who the property manager was kind enough to let stay inside with me. A huge stress off my shoulders as he can't be left out on his own at his age. Will definitely be staying again!

    Well appointment. Good position. Interior quite dark and needed more attention to high cleaning. Front garden overgrown and in need of attention.
