We have three properties in MCC if you want to bring friends or family

Private residence situated on the golf course at Monterey Country Club in the heart of Palm Desert. Wake up to views of beautiful mountain ranges, exquisite sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee on this exclusive golf course destination. With a spacious kitchen, BBQ and large patio, enjoy a home cooked meal or grab a 5 minute ride to popular El Paseo District in downtown Palm Desert filled with the finest food, drinks, and shopping in the valley.

The residence is situated inside a gated community, offering 34 pools (one directly outside property location), golf, tennis, pickleball, gym and Country Club amenities (at a cost to the renter). All appliances are all new, including new BBQ situated in courtyard directly outside kitchen, making cooking a meal more convenient.

The home is equipped with a Smarthome keyless entry making contactless checkin and checkout seamless for guests. A secured 2 car garage is available for guests and their vehicles. The residence comes equipped with 2 king size beds and two televisions. During Summer months, Monterey Country Club does routine maintenance including spa and pool repair, concrete and asphalt repair and at times, painting of residences. All of these are out of the control of all owners here at Monterey Country Club. Should you book during one of these unforeseen times, no refund will be given.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the residence including a secured 2 car garage, patio, courtyard, and community pool just steps from the residence.

The owners/Innkeepers have a FULL Country Club Membership. This sets us apart from some other hosts, because with our full membership, you as the tenant are given access to ALL of the Country Club amenities with an application, approval from Country Club personnel, and seasonal fees.

This IS NOT a party residence; it is a quiet relaxing getaway for couples, families or groups of NO more than 4. Your owner and innkeeper live within the community and the neighbors also keep a close eye. Security cameras are on the front exterior of the premises. Noise complaints from the on site security, personal communications from neighbors to your Innkeeper regarding violations or noticeable rule violations by your Innkeeper, will result in fines with an escalating value. Excessive noise or parties will NOT be tolerated. If you are found to be doing either, your security deposit will be immediately forfeited and you will be required to leave the premises at that time. NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the residence. This includes, cigarettes, cigars, vaping of any kind. NO illicit drug use is permitted on the property. Violation of these rules, will result in substantial fines.

Unauthorized Late check outs will result in an immediate doubled cleaning fee, as well as possible additional charges

    The condo was really nice, well stocked and comfortable and in a good location. We loved the bicycle in the garage! Only complaint was that the master bedroom matress was super firm/hard. We had a great time and the owners were quick to repond and friendly!

    This was one of our better experiences renting a vacation home. The place was very clean, comfortable and the patio and view of the golf course are lovely. Hosts are communicative and friendly, and check-in and out are easy and simple.

    My friend and I enjoyed our stay in this attractive, clean, spacious, well located property. Love the view from Patio. Only improvement would have been if patio could have been hosed down before arrival; very dusty.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jillian and Chris’s condo in the Monterey Golf and Country Club. The condo is bright, clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you could want to do. Beds were very comfortable and bedding luxurious and silky. The outdoor patio was heavenly! Jillian and Chris were fantastic from booking through check in. Any questions were responded to immediately. We highly recommend this condo if you want a relaxing Palm Desert getaway!
