Palm Desert Oasis - 3 Bed 2 Bath Home

The property was well shown in the listing. Guest bedrooms great and guest bathroom very clean. There is a step in tub shower which can be a issue. Master bedroom and bath could use a little updating but very comfortable. One thing that should be address is the master toilet Seems to be a issue with low water in the tank Plenty of hangers throughout the house, washer and dryer were great. Lot of room and plenty of TVs. It is Direct TV so can be hard to locate the major TV stations. The pool was amazing, outdoor area had ample seating and shade someplace all day. Very private. Only one draw back. The shade trees dropped these little berries all day long. The did provide a blower so you could blow them into the garden. But they dropped a lot. Being a neat freak made it a little problem. There is a upcharge to heat it as there is a most desert rentals. There was a small problem when the wind was pretty bad and the pool would get lots of leaves in it. But it never got a lot of sand in it. They need to get rid of some of the excess kitchen stuff. No room to put your food. That was a big pain, we were there 5 weeks and had to move a lot of stuff to the garage. Also no plastic wine glasses for outside, we ended up buying some after breaking a glass. Yes, the pool is amazing. Hot tub really was not worth much and had some issues with the pool system. It needs to be updated and simplified. Add a small vacuum to do the outdoor cushions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and the location was very convenient to great restaurants, shopping and easy to get t pretty much anywhere from there.

Overall very easy and convenient process to book and check-in. Pool was kit heated upon our arrival but the weather was unseasonably cold for the pool use.

Home is well appointed, pool is nice, pool area and rear yard needs some attention.

We stayed here for Stagecoach weekend and had a great time. The home is exactly as pictured. The house has everything you'd need (including pool floaties!) and was pleasant, clean and comfortable. It was less than five minute drive to main road with tons of shops, restaurants and stores. Management company was attentive and kept in contact throughout our stay. Would recommend!

The booking team/rental company made it easy to book, pay for, pick up the info on the house, etc. They were great and super helpful. No surprises. The home was clean and very nice for the 6 of us. We used the kitchen, the BBQ, the patio and the pool. We bought a pool blow-up for $10 and the girls had a blast (left it there.) The pool was nice and warm (no heating.) All was as-expected. Small suggestion - would have been great to have a couple more rolls of TP, more than one roll of paper towels and coffee beans. It's small and not really about the cost, but I'm so appreciative when it's provided. - Great spot!

Palm Desert Oasis is a wonderful property. It is well-kept, clean and located just around the corner from the zoo. The pool and the beautifully landscaped backyard were the highlights for us. We have 2 little kids and they loved the outdoor space. Please be aware that there are additional fees once you book. The property is managed by McLean Company and they requested an additional $500 deposit. For pool heating it would have cost us an extra $350 for the week. Luckily it was between 90-100 degrees during our stay and the cool pool was refreshing.

Great home/location.

House was exactly as advertised. Kids had a great time swimming and pool deck area gets plenty of sun between 10am and 4pm. Super close to El Paseo for shopping and dining. Great place!

Overall, we really enjoyed the property and our stay. It was a beautiful home. Also the McClean staff were very nice and helpful. The only negatives were the very dim master bathroom and the very loud washing machine, but these were very minor annoyances.
