Great location, lots of rules but nothing hard to not be able to follow. Some wear and tear of outdoor furniture but nothing out of the ordinary for any home. Overall, kids had a blast in the pool and we all enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful property with everything we needed. We traveled with my whole family and we all had our own space including the children. The pool and spa is really the focal point of the property and made for a fun memorable stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful and so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if traveling with the same number of people.

This house was worth every penny. The backyard was absolutely amazing. The host was very descriptive with all their instructions and very responsive when we had questions. It was a great experience. I would reserve again.

This place is a hidden gem in Vista. The backyard feels like a tropical paradise, and the house is laid out perfectly. It was easy to get amazing food delivered, and quick to go visit North County. The place felt warming, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. The host were incredibly responsive and very gracious. This is a fantastic spot for getaways with friends or families. We hope to return here in the future

The place was mostly clean, tages from clothing was left on the window seal of one of the up stairs bedroom and a few dishes were put away dirty. One of the living room chairs is stained. A slat of the window blinds in the master bed room was broken and the shade valance in the living room was sagging. I guess my expections were extremely high do to all the rules and fines if not followed. I knew it was quite hours from 9 to 9 but did not know that you are not allowed to use the hot tub after 9pm, which is one of the rules posted at the house. We rented this place for the hot tub so we could relax at the end of the day but only made it back one night in time to enjoy it. The house is very nice size and location for our family to gather, play games and tour the area. Overall, it was comfortable and quite. Felt very safe there. I would recommend it as along as you are good with not using the backyard/pool/spa between 9pm to 9am

This property fit our needs for our trip. We had a great stay and it was easy to communicate with the host.

This is a beautiful home. The backyard is incredible. Peaceful and private. Lovely house with plenty of room for a family. WiFi wasn't great especially for work. We alerted the host that the signal kept dropping during work video calls but the suggestions to reboot the routers didn't improve the performance. We also had an issue with the garage door. I had to manually open and close it when it stopped working a day into our 5 day stay. We were told that a service person would be alerted but they never showed up to fix it.

I booked this place for my family to celebrate my husband's birthday. I am so glad we did. The home was welcoming, spacious and FUN. The kids had a blast in the backyard. The putting green was a masterful touch to the outdoor oasis feel. Both the adults and kids were constantly on the green. Overall, this place is worth the coins. We would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful! We spent our entire trip in the pool. The house has plenty of space for guests. The host responded quickly when there was any questions or concerns. And if we had an issue they were quick to ask if we'd like someone to come out and look into it. Overall it was a great stay!

This was a very beautiful home and we really loved the wonderful atmosphere during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host always promptly responded to questions. The upstairs extra living area was perfect for the kids to have their own space to play and relax. One of the best features for us was the spacious closet in the main bedroom—it was big enough to fit the pack 'n play (which was provided!) and even allowed me to lay down next to it while helping my baby fall asleep. The pool was ideal for our little ones, especially the shallow ends where they could safely splash around. Since we were visiting in August and coming from Seattle, we didn't need to pay extra to heat the pool or hot tub—the temperature was perfect as-is. The location was also super convenient, just minutes from grocery stores, the freeway, and Costco. Would definitely recommend for families!

Home is great! Stayed here for business. Home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Has more than enough room, felt super comfortable. Host always was available to answer if I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and offered everything that was represented on the website. We especially loved the pool/hot tub & the little putting green was a lot of fun. It was a perfect home for our family! The only complaint is that the cushions need to be replaced on the lounge chairs above the pool.
