The HOA requires guests to register online with Guest Services before arriving for their stay. The fee of $40.00 will include one parking space in the garage. You must be at least 25 years of age to be the primary tenant for Palazzo 1204.
A beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is included with this rental from March through October.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The property was gorgeous. Decorated beautifully. We made a lot of our meals , I would have asked for more trash bags. There were only 2 for the entire stay. With a family of 4 they filled up quickly & we didn’t have replacements. Small inconvenience but want to advise other guest. Overall 9.9/10. Immaculate to say the least.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and unbelievably clean - the nicest I have ever stayed in at PCB! It is decorated with a modern beach feel that is elegant without being overdone. The master bedroom was serene and relaxing. The bedding is so nice and soft and the mattress was amazing. It was a wonderful retreat after spending the day in the sun. The beach at Palazzo is unmatched and we enjoyed the chair setup that was included. They are building a McQuire’s Irish Pub across the street!!! We will be back and can’t wait to enjoy a steak dinner after a day at the beach! Donna was great to deal with and always had a quick response for any question. The pictures online are great but it is even better in person! Perfect place for a romantic weekend away at the beach. Thank you for sharing it with us!
