Pajaro Dunes Resort: Breathtaking Views - 5 BR/3 BA Pajaro Dunes Beach House

Coordination with Pajaro dunes in advance of arrival was outstanding and timely. Amenities were as described and were complete. Visit was a complete success!

Kitchen wonderful, house very comfortable with good amenities…a little difficult to find and access

We were a large group of 9 adults and 3 children. The house is in a beautiful location and the tennis and other facilities are top-notch and just down the sidewalk. The beach access is excellent and all the associated beach toys and towels are provided. The upstairs of the house is in excellent condition. The downstairs needed a bit of attention. Some unpatched holes in the walls and some unused, exposed picture-hanging hardware. The downstairs toilet made a jarring noise when sitting down. No access to a nightside table for putting down my glasses or phone at night. Possibly the downstairs is better suited for kids.

Our multi-generational family of 9 (ages 5 to 74) had a memorable and relaxing beach vacation. There was the beach down a path out the back door and the sports courts down the steps and path out the front door. On days we went off site, we enjoyed the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Capitola, Mystery Spot and strawberry picking and pie shopping at Gizdich Ranch. We really enjoyed the spacious and well-stocked home (really felt like home). The long dining table was perfect for our meals, games, crafting projects and family talks. The two decks were perfect for private spaces. And our 2 granddaughters loved the bunk bed room! The house had beach furniture and toys for outdoors, and a selection of games and books indoors. There were plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils and cooking pots, pans and tools. WiFi worked well, too, for all our devices and virtual meetings.One caution though - if any party has mobility issues, consider whether the distance from the parking lot to the house, steps up to the house and the main level, and multiple elevations on the main living level work for you. The rest of our party was fine with steps and walking distances. Overall, it was 10 out of 10. We had a relaxing vacation — therapy for our souls. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing location. Family had a great time. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch (balcony?) are a great time for your kids to put their phones away. Would go again.

The house was great. Quick walk to the beach. Overall we loved our stay. The staff were very nice and the company was accommodating.

Wonderful experience! The house had everything we could have wanted. We had a lovely blue-water view, with an easy walk to the beach. It did not disappoint.

This is a nice house with limited views of the ocean. The kitchen is a bit small but the living room is nice and spacious. The kitchen is kind of under equipped and there’s no gas grill - just charcoal (bring your own). Nice assortment of games and very clean house. Heating system is outdated with non- thermostatic controls for each room, some which just spin making it hard to figure out how to set. As I was checking out, Pajaro Dunes hit me with a fine for parking my small campervan in the nearly empty lot near the house. Not a nice feeling after spending thousands of dollars on this place. Not planning to return.

Enjoyed the spacious, clean home and beautiful views. Check in was challenging. Recommend clarifying that you must drive to Pajaro Dunes North first to pick up key, then drive to Pajaro Dunes South to pick up parking pass then you can park and unload. We were also given the wrong key so we had to call security who came quickly to let us in. Other than that, the house was beautiful and accommodating.
