Pair-A-Dice | Beach Cottage, Community Pool!

Had a great stay with family. Location was difficult to locate initially and need some specific details to locate property when guests initially arrive. Otherwise our stay was great.

Our family of 6 stayed in this house and it was perfect. The floor plan is spacious and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home Easy walk to beach but tram service available if you wanted. The driver, Cole, was terrific. Previous reviews said there were no beach items or hair dryers or cookware. There was plenty of cookware, 2 hair dryers, 2 beach chairs, 1 camp chair, a wagon. A set of beach chairs & umbrella comes with unit. You can rent additional ones. You do need to purchase amenity bands ($30) per household but those allow you access to all amenities. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Of course the beach is beautiful as always but we can give THAT credit only to God. He does GREAT work!

Good location with easy access to anywhere. Parking can be limited if more than 2 cars are present.

Easy walk to beach, across the street from pool, large bedrooms and a cavernous master bath. Kitchen is easy to clean and modern. One restaurant in walking distance. Many attractions in biking distance. Beachfront is clean and private access included with fee. Good response from prop manager when we were accidentally locked out and when we needed replacement propane for the grill. Nice rental!

We had an amazing time. The place wad so clean, updated and had everything we needed. We were located a very short distance from the pool and the beach. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Our Pair a Dice house was perfect for the group we took. As I understand, it had some newer owners but the property manager was on the ball with the one concern we had with the French door not locking. Needed some touch up paint and just overall deep cleaning around vents and windows but overall was a very good experience!! Would stay here again no doubt!!!

Cute beach house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen is limited with cooking items. No pans for the oven for example. I had to go buy pans and a pot holder to cook. Bring your own or plan to eat out. Only 1 bathroom had toilet paper when we first got there. Beach access was nice. There are no items in the house to use at the beach. Chairs, beach towels, wagon, etc... This was the only VRBO we've stayed at that didn't at least have something. Bring your own beach items if you stay.

The home was well equipped for a week long beach vacation. The home was very clean, with very comfortable bedding. Large closets in each bedroom. The only items to note were a cracked burner on the flat top range and one of the chest of drawers had a door unhinged. Overall, it appears to be very well maintained. We would definitely stay in this house again.
