** Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ Bring your furry friend, our home is pet friendly! 1 dog under 50lbs with pet fee is approved. This home is pet friendly with approval. Please remember to clean up after your pet prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

This home is a beautiful place for anyone looking to get away from the Midwest winter weather! First thing first, walking into this home is extremely warm and welcoming! And we would DEFINITELY stay here again and again. To be totally honest, we have a wedding to attend in September 2024 and are definitely looking at this home for that trip. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and baking equipment. The dining area is great for meals. The living room area was perfect for relaxing after our sightseeing adventures. Watching the golfers from the lanai was fun but OOOOO the sunsets from there are spectacular. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are firm but very comfortable. Bathrooms are perfect for our needs. Having laundry equipment onsite is one of our must haves and the size of these units are great! Very big, although a little slower than home, they did the job well. While we did not use the pool, it was beautiful and perfectly clean. The yard is great and the BBQ grill was a great touch. This home is also perfectly situated in the heart of a lot of shops and restaurants. Also conveniently located to many sightseeing destinations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Great 2 bedroom house in a great neighborhood, backing onto a golf course. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool while watching golfers hitting balls in the pond:) The kitchen was well stocked and it was a perfect place for our spring break vacation!
Great location master bed was very comfortable. Nice neighbor gave us grapefruit off her tree.
We stayed at this property for three weeks in February, 2023. We worked most mornings and vacationed in the afternoons. The home includes a separate desk and office chair which provided a good work space in addition to the kitchen table. The Wi-Fi signal was strong. The sunset views from the patio were wonderful. We paid an extra daily fee to have the pool heated for our stay. The water was warm but the air was too cool! Arizona has experienced some strange weather this winter! The entire home was extremely clean. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and table service, but contained very few spices or other pantry items. There is a ton of closet space in both bedrooms. Painted Mountain golf course was “ok” but we preferred Longbow which was just a five minute drive from the home. The home is located very conveniently to the 202 and is just minutes away from gas, grocery and other services. We enjoyed meals nearby at Alessia’s Italian Restaurant, Red White & Brew and The Hub. Aside from the weather which was out of our control, it was a very enjoyable stay.
