Painted Hills desert retreat with 5-acre compound with saltwater pool & spa

Pool had no heater so we didnt use it but spah had to be heated yet it didnt work i told management about it they promised that someone will come and fix it but no one showed up

This house is so big and has so much to do. For it being so secluded, it is perfect for star gazing and relaxing by the pool. We got enough groceries for the week and didn’t move the cars till we left. Everything you need for a fun time is provided, like board games, a game room in the garage and smart tv to watch anything. This was my second time visiting this home and I would come back again

Plenty of things to do for all ages. Comfortable rooms. Spacious. The market is only about 20 min away. Beautiful views. There were 15 of us and we had a great time!

We got there on Oct. 5 late, and after a long day of travel we couldn't wait to enjoy the place that we rent and suppose to be stress free. When we entered, the house looked clean, but when we tried to use the dishes – were dirty in the cabinets, two of the plates were glued together needed to let them soak in water for a while, and some other small problems with one of the shelves.Two of the beds had stain on the sheets and we had to wash them; one of the hammock was broken (the next day somebody came and take it off because we didn't want the kids to get hurt); the game room was messy; neighbor's dog was barking in front of our gate one evening, and it took us a while to get the food we ordered. The scariest thing was when the next morning we had breakfast and two of the stove knobs were not working properly and finding out just when I had to go back in the house to take something from the kitchen and was smelling gas. After so many rules that we have to read and agree with, I would think the problem with the stove will be the first one that we should be informed for everyone's SAFETY, we could blow up the house! When I informed the person who was on call from Vacasa the answer was that the owner is awareThat is a problem that you have to take care immediately! The 2 knobs were on when supposed to be off. We enjoyed the pool and the house is beautiful. We left the house sparkles, dishes done, towels washed, garbage out...Very unhappy with the cleaning company.

I will first start off with the house was bueautiful, the area was nice, the house was clean, and the games were agreat touch! However the Pool on the other hand was infested with bugs and was not usable! I contacted Vacasa they stated that the could do anything about it and that they could not even give me a discount because it was a natural phenomenon and the were not responsible! Overall I was very disapointed that I rented a house for my wife to enjoy her 50th birthday with all our children and grand children and we couldnt even use the pool in the 110 degree weather.

I rented this house to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday and it was everything I wanted and more! The room with the bunk beds was PERFECT for her and her friends! The game room and other activities were great for the younger kids and the pool was incredible! Loved everything about this house!

Great property with an amazing pool with everything you need on site. Very comfortably slept 12.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So we came here during Coachella and of course paid Coachella prices. For the amount of money we paid, we expected towels, blankets, sheets for at minimum 16 people (which is what we booked for) and there were not enough of any! I think there was only 8 sets of bath towels, plenty of pool towels (which is funny because when I emailed them asking if they had pool towels they responded and said they do not provide pool towels, so everyone had brought their own, but it is actually bath towels the don't have enough of), on top of that the pull out bed sheets were all stained, and there was definitely not enough sheets or blankets for the pull out beds/ futons. They also only provided 1 set of soaps per bathroom and that is supposed to last 16 people all weekend? Why are you charging us so much if you can't even provide the basic amenities? This was by far the most expensive Airbnb I've ever stayed in and also the one that provided the least.

We loved our time in the desert! The property was perfect for us! We had three families with kids ranging from 17-8 and there was something for everyone to do! We never left the property because there was so much to do from ping pong to swimming, playing games to making s’mores around the fire. It was perfect. Thank you to the management company who quickly fixed two issues we had with the ice maker and coffee pot. They were very attentive. My only suggestion would be to have additional dishes and silverware. We had to do quite a bit of dish washing so we had enough for each meal and it would have been helpful to have extras.
