The house is literally right across the street from the field and parking lot. It is also a short walking distance not only to Lambeau Field, but all of the most popular bars and restaurants in Green Bay and the new Titletown District!!! Also across the street is the Resch Center. The mall and additional restaurants are within 1 mile from the properties.

The main floor boasts a great room concept with a new completely furnished kitchen that has granite counters and a large island. It is perfect for entertaining. New appliances and cabinets round out the kitchen.
The great room has a sofa sleeper and a 55 HDTV and DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, all with new queen beds.
The main floor has a full bathroom.

The house has a full basement. The downstairs has a great room with a large sectional sofa and a 60 HDTV. In addition a game room boasts a Foosball table, pub table. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 have 2 twin beds in each, and 1 has a queen bed. The full basement also has a large bathroom and laundry room with full washer and dryer.

The large back yard has a new patio with a perfect view of Lambeau. A gas barbecue and patio furniture will create the perfect setting for a Packer tailgate. You are so close , you will feel like you are in the parking lot! Adjoining the patio is a 15'x 25' enclosed sun room and garage which has been recently remodeled. There are 60 TV's in the garage and sun room area as well. This finished space is huge and makes this the best entertaining area of the property. It is a huge area with counters, a fridge and windows all around. Great addition to the tailgate, especially on cold days.
