Great for our family. So nice to have the private pool in addition to Cabana club pool and beach. Nice and clean. Walking distance to cabana club. House well stocked with everything you need and more.

We loved this little place on the canal. House was very clean and accommodating. Nice pool to cool off in after a day of exploring the Keys. Neighbors were very kind and more than willing to tell us about the area and things to do. We definitely plan on returning to Key Colony/Marathon and would love to stay here again. We had a great time!

We rented both units (P-37 & P-38) for Mini Season. Both properties were immaculately clean and very inviting. The location relative to Vaca Cut is perfect, not too far, but just far enough. Renting both units gave privacy for my family as we were vacationing with friends. The pool was clean, cool, and refreshing after long days on the water and the large open dock gave our family plenty of room for outdoor activities. We love everything about these properties and we will defiantly be renting them again in the future!

Great placs in a nice central area.

Exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We rented for 2 couples but had friends staying nearby and they were over a lot to cookout and enjoy the pool at our unit. Plenty of room inside and out for 12 adults to hang out. The dock had room for a boat or to fish off of, it’s at the end almost of the channel so not a lot of boat traffic. There are manatees that come to visit and assorted fish, lobster and crabs hanging under the dock area. No ladder in case someone falls in (didn’t happen but almost) and you wouldn’t be able to kayak from the deck, water is too low to get in and out. Only complaint we had is not enough deck chairs or lounge chairs (only 3) and there is a table with 6 chairs outside and 3 umbrellas so that was nice. It’s centrally located about 1hr from Key West and 2 hrs from Miami and plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. There’s also a 1 bedroom attached but separate that can be rented at the same time if you need another bedroom. We’re already talking about staying here again next year!!

Everything was fine overall. Just a few recommendations. I couldn't open the bedroom window in the king bedroom. There was an ironing board, but no iron. There was no can opener. The frying pans were curved on the bottom, so it was hard to fry bacon ( the middle got done, but had to cut it into thirds to get the whole slice cooked.) And it would have been nice to have a cake pan or a loaf pan to use to warm things in the oven. The patio doors were a little tricky to open and close - and very noisy (no way to slip out at night to sit on the patio). The worst thing was the patio furniture - it was so hard and uncomfortable. I bought one set of chair cushions at Bealls, but they only had one set that would look nice with the chairs. We took bed pillows out to sit on occasionally, but they slid off the lounge chairs. Then I brought a black mat out from the laundry room floor to put on the lounge, which was better, at least. Finally, we found 2 folding chairs in the bedroom closet, and brought them out. We almost took them to the beach, but decided against it. So, I recommend that you either get some cushions for the patio furniture, or get some fold-up patio furniture than can be stored in the laundry room or someplace. The other items I mentioned were minor compared to this one - I really looked forward to sitting in the sun (or shade), reading a book and relaxing. But, after about 15 minutes, I had to get up and go inside and sit on something comfortable. The inside of the house was lovely, the kitchen was very workable, the TVs all worked well, as did the wifi. I also used the washer and dryer a couple of times, which was very handy. And the location was fine - so glad there was a stop light on US1 and the causeway - very hard to turn left otherwise. And Sunset Park was beautiful and only a little over a block away. Like I said, if the patio furniture was nice and comfy, we would rent it again.

Small unit but set up well. Great outdoor space. All our time was outdoors in the sun or in the pool. Grill for cooking was nice. Great neighborhood for riding bikes that we rented. Would come back again.
