The Space:

Step inside this expansive 4,840-square-foot lakefront estate, where modern luxury meets coastal comfort. The main house features an open-concept living area anchored by a massive 85 Smart TV and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. This well-stocked kitchen is equipped with high-end finishes, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a toaster oven, perfect for preparing large family feasts. With multiple king suites and a massive third-floor bunk room that can sleep a crowd, our property is designed for privacy and ease. For added flexibility, the carriage house serves as a self-contained retreat, featuring two private bedrooms and its own full kitchen, making it ideal for separate families or groups traveling together.



The outdoor living space is a private oasis designed for ultimate relaxation and recreation. Transition seamlessly from the house to the sun-drenched patio, where you’ll find a private pool and a hot tub overlooking the serene waters of Oyster Lake. Guests have exclusive access to the entire 8-bedroom estate, including the main house and the carriage house suite with the exception of the garage. This access includes the private pool, the in-pool hot tub, and the private wooden dock. On-site parking for up to 8 vehicles is available in the private driveway.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the attractions and beaches along the 30A corridor. Guests will have access to 6 bikes and a 6-seat golf cart. Our property offers significant on-site parking with space for up to 8 vehicles in the private driveway.
