Walkable to UNC Asheville’s main campus, 5 minutes by car to downtown or West AVL, and 10 to the Biltmore Estate or Mission Hospital. This home away from home offers a single level layout, fragrance-free cleaning standards, fast wifi, king bed, 64 smart TV, private yard, 100% cotton linens andfluffy robes with a fully equipped kitchen ft marble countertops, ample storage, and all new appliances.

Rest Soundly - A king bed with semi-firm mattress dressed in fragrance-free 100% cotton bedding in the bedroom, a queen size diva-approved pull-out sofa bed in the lounge accommodates up to 4 guests with ceiling fans and mini-splits in each room so all can rest in comfort.

A Well Furnished Kitchen - Marble countertops, full-size appliances, cookware, and stocked with oil, herbs + spices, oatmeal, coffee, and tea to help you make the most of your time.

In-home Merriment - Books, puzzles, and games for most ages can be found in the lounge. The large smart TV makes for the perfect movie night.

Sensory Delight - Cozy 100% cotton robes and hotel quality linens are provided for your comfort. Our fragrance-free cleaning standards and air purifiers in each room ensure irritants are at a minimum regardless of pollen levels. The large north facing windows receive no direct sunlight; room-darkening velvet curtains allow for sleep all day.

Open to Animal Companions - Well-mannered four legged friends are welcome on a case by case basis. Let us know who’s traveling with you and include them in your reservation. For your safety and that of our neighbors and local wildlife, all animals must be leashed or fully contained when outdoors.

About the Innkeeper: I am an artist blessed to be based in the Asheville area since 2015 and have furnished this in-law suite to delight my friends and family when they visit -- I hope it serves as the perfect landing pad for you too. I live in the upstairs unit on the property am available in case of emergency.
