Stayed Jan 2, 2025Check in process was awesome and the staff were all very nice and professional. Loved the free parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg. The house unfortunately was not very clean ( dirty walls, floors, faucets, and a lot of dust) and needed some updates. I’d recommend bringing your own towels due to not having enough there for a larger family for bathing and the hot tub. Also had an issue with a mouse.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024It was our first time not staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay . Just wished we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. The free parking passes downtown were a bonus.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Everything was very nice. The only complaint was that last tenants had put up a few dishes not washed but not the housekeeping fault as it's the tenants responsibility. We had a clogged bathroom sink , called the office and someone came within the hour and fixed it right up. Overall it was a great stay. The grandkids loved the pool table and the game. Would definitely stay here again.
