Beautiful home, welcoming host and fantastic location!

Very nice home. The sitting rooms provided an excellent atmosphere for relaxing conversation among our family. The bedrooms were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

Our host was extremely welcoming. We had a homemade pound cake and flowers waiting for us when we arrived. In addition, we had a list of places to visit and recommended restaurants...all of which were amazing!

This is the place to stay, it had everything we needed, great location directly across from the Memphis Zoo and Overton Park. Lots of places to walk in the neighborhood and in the park on a beautiful November morning.

Simply stunning property in fantastic location! The inside and outdoor spaces of this home are gorgeous. The street is beautiful and located near many restaurants and attractions. Walking distance to Rhodes College, the zoo, and park. The host was accessible to answer questions and she left a cake for us on the buffet in the dining room! Such a lovely surprise!!

Pros: the house is located in a beautiful, safe, very quiet area right next to the zoo and the art museum. The neighborhood is beautiful, and safe. Very convenient for attractions, restaurants and more. The interior is cozy. If that's all you care, you can stop reading now. We enjoyed our stay overall.Cons: 1. In the year 2025, the wifi speed at this house is 20 years behind (hard to believe) at 3-4 mbps, extremely slow. You are better off using your cellphone hotspots.2. 1950s house- the host should provide better lighting in the kitchen, we brought lamps from bedrooms. 3. The friendly host should provide shower caddies (keeping shampoos on the floor!), hooks to hang clothes in the bedrooms, and electric outlet next to bed in the King bedroom.3. The driveway is too steep when you get into the main road. Every time we drove out or drove in, the bumper under the van grated (very annoying) against the driveway. Hope the host would fix these issues for future guests.

This home is beautiful, clean, and immaculately kept. The host is kind and has excellent communication and prompt response time with guests. I stayed with two young babies and they even had a Pack and Play in one of the closets for us to use. I will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family - the highest endorsement.

The Magnolia house is a beautiful home that has great curb appeal everything was in its proper place and it truely gave the home away from home feel, and lastly the host were very communicative and welcoming.

What a beautiful house! I’ve done quite a bit of traveling and this one stands out for sure! The detail in each room was so impressive. My girlfriend/partner was just beside herself. Great hosts and great neighborhood right across from the zoo which is second to none! I was just impressed with the entire experience! Thank you for the memories!!

It was a gorgeous house to have my sisters baby shower!! The owner was so kind and was there for us anytime!! It is a dream house! We loved it!

This house is our fav place to stay when we visit Memphis each year

The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was full of walkers and runners being so close to the park and zoo. Our host and hostess had the property well prepared along with a baked cake. We do have a few suggestions to suit parties of all adults. The bathroom in the laundry room could use hooks on the walls for towels and maybe a small table for personal items. We thought two of the rooms had twin beds in them, not roll aways. We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed as being there. Oh, perhaps cone shaped coffee filters being provided. ?

Impeccably decorated, very clean. We just loved staying there.

The Magnolia House was very accommodating to our family. We loved the close proximity to the Memphis Zoo and Overton Park. The house was perfect. Location was safe and great for touring around Memphis.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Memphis. The home was immaculate and well-maintained, making it comfortable and relaxing for our trip. The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short distance from Rhodes College, which made it very convenient for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe the entire time. The house itself was spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There is no more delightful or perfect place to stay in Memphis, TN. The location is ideal for families and adults. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could ever want. One of my granddaughters asks every year if we can stay in Magnolia Place when we visit Memphis.

We were in town for family wedding. The house was perfect for our needs, very spacious, clean and located on a lovely street. Would definitely recommend
