Overlook South Haven Harbor steps from South Beach and Downtown

We love South Haven in October and this trip did not disappoint! The location and charm of Crimson Sun was just what we were looking for.

We had a great stay with wonderful hosts. The location is ideal for walking into town and down to the lighthouse and beach. Having a full kitchen is always a plus. We were very happy with our stay.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The view of the marina, and the manicured lawn and gardens, is quite wonderful. Very peaceful, and relaxing. And yet, you are but a 5 minute walk to downtown. It is a location, and a property, that can't be beat.

We had another amazing stay at Crimson Sun in South Haven. Perfect location, wonderful accommodations and so much to do. We enjoyed every minute of our lake vaca!

The immediate positive curb appeal increases every step into and around this magnificent property! The location, attentiveness of the owners and care for every detail within the home are exceptional! We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back again!

Great location. Lots going on for July 4th holiday. Good recommendations on places to eat. Went to multiple towns on the strip and liked South Haven the best.

We loved the location at the end of a dead-end road and the hosts were really nice people. We had a great time in SH and will come back sometime in the future. The only complaint is the floors are thin and we can hear the owners upstairs, but we loved the place.

Property as pictured, super easy check in and out process, close to the water and shops, and a beautifully kept yard/garden!

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to the beach on a quiet street. Communication with host was very helpful. Easy check in. Fresh flowers in the unit and coffee were a nice touch. Beautiful garden and nice screened porch. Hope to visit again. Great weekend with friends.

The perfect size and accommodations for our group of 4. We loved and enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch over looking the Black River. If you ever stay here, make sure you check out their impressive flower garden. My only request would be to have more comfortable beds.

First, I want to compliment the host (John) who was very nice and great with communication before and during the whole trip. Second- the location was fantastic. It was the last house on a dead end right be the lake. I loved sitting on the covered porch swing and watching the boats. We could walk downtown (a couple blocks) or walk down to the Riverfront walk. Watching the beautiful sunset was a bonus. We ate dinner and shopped or just walked around South Haven. That town is hopping. We had to wait to get in restaurants. We also took a short drive to Saugantuck which was a beautiful artsy/charming town. We walked along the waterway, as well as ate there. Not sure why I waited so long to visit that area. It quickly become a favorite. Enjoy your trip if you go! Linda

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to town and in a very quaint neighborhood. We had everything we needed . We also had access to beach chairs umbrellas coolers and anything we needed for beach days! Only slight complaint was the mattress on the queen bed but not a deal breaker. Had a wonderful time here drinking our coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor

This is our second stay at crimson sun and we love it! The perfect location to walk into town or to the beach, quiet at night and the best hosts. The home is always clean and comfortable. Check in is super easy and the gardens around the home are perfect for pictures!

We recently stayed at this lovely home with our two young children, aged four and six, and had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable—they provided clean towels, beach toys, and even activities to keep the kids entertained. The garden was beautiful and added to the charm of the place. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. We would definitely come back

This is the place to stay for a small group in South Haven. Fabulous location- near beach and shopping. Lovely accommodations, and super friendly hosts.
