Overland Park Home w/ Fenced-In Yard & Gas Grill!

Great location and very easy check in and checkout process. We loved the ping pong table! This property is the perfect location and 10 minutes from everything you need. Highly recommend!

We stayed here during the Pinner’s Conference (girls trip) in Overland Park! The house was great and the neighborhood is nice and quiet; it was perfect! The house has everything you would ever need for a home away from home and it’s so inviting with plenty of room. We will definitely check to see if this one is available for our next trip to KC! The home was just perfect for our stay. It was super clean and stocked. The area was very family friendly and easy to get anywhere. The ping pong table was a hit with my daughter and husband for sure. We were lucky to travel in December so the home was decorated tastefully and festive. Got us into the Christmas spirit. We definitely recommend this property to families looking for an at home feel. They thought of everything.

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and the home was thoughtfully organized — everything in the kitchen and closets was clearly labeled, which made it so convenient to find what we needed (including baby supplies and extra essentials). The deck and firepit area looked beautiful, even though the rainy weekend kept us from using them.The only small area for improvement would be a bit more attention to cleaning in the lesser-used spaces — we noticed some spider webs near the plant by the window and a few dead bugs in the basement bedroom and the area near the ping pong table. Otherwise, the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

This property was in a great neighborhood and very clean! We enjoyed playing ping pong together and utilized the deck on the back of the property overlooking the back yard with an amazing fire pit. We also appreciated all the chargers that were in the house that we could use for all of our electronics . The kitchen drawers were labeled so you didn’t have to go through all of the drawers to find what you needed. I would highly recommend this property and would give it a 10 star!!!! We loved everything about it

This house definitely felt like a home away from home. We had older adults staying with us, so the bedrooms on the main floor were essential. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

We stayed in the house over the weekend for 3 nights visiting family. We had a wonderful time. Becky left snacks out for us and gobs of bottled water. Beds were comfy. Lots of room and close to everything. We will book it again when we come back to KC.

Second year we stay on this property to celebrate Christmas with our kids who reside in the area.Property was clean, decorated for Christmas and fully furnished with everything you may need.

Everything was as it’s described and then some! Very warm and felt like home. Easy to find, great neighborhood, could easily go for walks, and easy access to house with keypad entrance! Slept 6 comfortably! All the added little amenities made it so nice! Not having to run to the store or having to drag all the little stuff with! Thank you so much we will be back!❤️ can’t wait to see once the basement remodel is finished!

Quiet location in well established neighborhood. Central to the area, so all major attractions are within 20 to 25 minutes

This is a lovely and elegant house with a beautiful view and backyard. It has all the amenities, is full upgraded and beautifully decorated. Interestingly, the owners have labelled the cabinets making it easier to find things. They provided chargers for phones and iPads, coffee pods, granola bars and water, tea kettle (essential for me), which made life much easier for us as we were away for most of the day for work. The house was very clean and really very comfortable to stay at. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience to our team! We appreciate how easy you made it for us to enjoy our stay. It felt like a home away from home.
