Stayed Oct 22, 2025Our host was very welcoming, and we were impressed by how quickly he addressed/fixed 2 minor issues with the house. The house itself was exactly what our group needed: close to our event venue, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to house 8 women. The house was clean, well-appointed, and in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025We were there only for a conference so a short stay but very satisfied.we found a key in the couch downstairs and left it on counter.FYI. the front screen door does not close and stay closed.Also the couch in sub basement was broken. We had no need for it. but just wanted to let you know.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Overland Park and this house was perfect for our group. We were close to the Convention Center and many great restaurants. The house was clean with plenty of space. The check in and out was super easy and the host was fantastic. We will definitely look for this house and/or host on our next visit.
